ACTION REQUIRED: Please ensure your maintenance payment is completed on or before 10th October 2026. In case of delay in payment after 10.10.2026, interest at 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days. After that, an appropriate penalty/action will be imposed on the defaulters, in addition to the levy of interest as mentioned above.

In case of cheque bounces, Rs. 500/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fail to pay or redeposit the new cheque in place of the bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause “A” above after 10 days.

CIRCULAR NO. 887 – NAVRATRI FESTIVAL 2026

Dear Residents,

We are delighted to announce that the Navratri Festival 2026 will be celebrated at Purvanchal Royal City – Club Royale, from Sunday, 11th October 2026 to Tuesday, 20th October 2026. A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, with Bhajan and Aarti held every day from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the morning and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the evening.

A special change this year

In earlier years, Navratri was celebrated tower-wise. From this year onwards, there will be no separate tower-wise programme. Residents of all 18 towers, Tower 1 to Tower 18, will come together and celebrate Navratri as one PRC community.

Resident devotees are requested to take care of the decoration and upkeep of the Akhand Jyoti, and the hall will be kept dimly lit overnight. Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti and Prasad distribution will be managed and coordinated collectively by PRC devotees, to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the celebrations.

NAVRATRI COLOUR SCHEDULE

The Shringar (adornment) of Maa Durga will be arranged by interested residents on a first-come, first-served basis. As this year’s celebration is a PRC-wide programme, residents from all 18 towers are welcome to take part in the Shringar and related arrangements. Residents may coordinate with their respective Tower Representatives, who will help with planning and allocation of responsibilities.

Residents who wish to make a voluntary contribution towards Prasad are requested to inform their respective Tower Representative on or before Saturday, 3rd October 2026. We encourage all residents to participate and contribute, as they wish, towards the successful organisation of the celebrations.

A sacred Navami Hawan will be performed on Monday, 19th October 2026, at 10:30 AM, followed by the distribution of Prasad to the devotees. All residents are cordially invited to attend and seek the blessings of Maa Durga.

The same evening 19-10-2026, a vibrant Dandiya/Garba Night will be organised from 7:00 PM onwards near the PRC Club House, with music, Dandiya, Garba and vegetarian food stalls. All PRC residents are warmly invited to join in the celebration.

CIRCULAR NO. 885 Final Reminder for Payment of Outstanding Maintenance and Water Charges

Greetings from Purvanchal Royal City.

Timely payment of Maintenance Charges and Water Charges is essential for the uninterrupted operation and upkeep of the project, including common areas, essential infrastructure and related services.

Our records show that Maintenance and/or Water Charges remain outstanding against certain apartments for one or more billing periods. Residents concerned are requested to clear their entire outstanding dues on or before 25th September 2026. Please verify your account statement and ensure that all pending amounts are paid within this period.

IMPORTANT

If the dues are not cleared by the above deadline, the Estate Administration may be constrained to take appropriate action in accordance with the applicable terms, policies and regulations. This may include restricting or discontinuing non-essential maintenance-related services and facilities until the dues are fully settled. CIRCULAR NO. 884– Strict Warning: Prohibited Practices in Towers

The PRC Estate Administration wishes to draw the attention of all residents to two serious concerns that continue to be reported despite repeated advisories. These practices not only compromise the safety and hygiene of the community but also reflect a disregard for the principles of responsible and respectful community living.

Throwing Garbage and Food Waste into Ground Floor Lawns

It has been observed that some residents are disposing of garbage, leftover food, and other waste materials into the private lawns of ground-floor apartments. Such conduct is wholly unacceptable and has serious consequences, including:

Creating unsanitary conditions.

Endangering the health and safety of children and pets who may inadvertently come into contact with or consume discarded items.

Violating the privacy, comfort, and rights of fellow residents.

Residents are hereby directed to cease this practice with immediate effect. Throwing any waste, food items, or other materials into another resident's lawn, balcony, or private area will be treated as a deliberate act of nuisance and misconduct, and appropriate action shall be initiated against the responsible individual.

Placement of Flower Pots on Balcony Ledges

Despite several reminders, flower pots continue to be placed on balcony ledges in various towers. This practice poses a significant safety risk. Strong winds, heavy rainfall, accidental impact, or structural instability may cause flower pots to fall, potentially resulting in serious injury to residents, visitors, staff members, or damage to property below.

Residents are reminded that placing flower pots or any other objects on balcony ledges is strictly prohibited. Such violations constitute a serious safety hazard and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Warning

Both of the above practices are clear violations of community safety standards and established residential discipline.

Residents are advised that any future instance of:

Throwing garbage, food waste, or any other material into another resident's lawn or balcony 

Or placing flower pots or other objects on balcony ledges, shall invite strict action in accordance with the applicable Government Bye-Laws and other relevant rules and regulations governing the township.

We earnestly request every resident to demonstrate civic responsibility and mutual respect by adhering to these essential safety measures. CIRCULAR NO. 883: DENGUE PREVENTION PROGRAMME – HOUSE-TO-HOUSE DRIVE COMPLETED

Dear Residents,

With reference to Circular No. 870 dated Thursday, 20 August 2026, regarding Dengue Prevention Measures and the Mosquito Awareness & Prevention Programme, we are pleased to inform all residents that the house-to-house mosquito-control drive has now been completed across Purvanchal Royal City.

The PRC Estate Administration team has completed the required mosquito-control spraying and inspection of all houses/apartments, with the valuable cooperation and support of our residents. We sincerely appreciate everyone's assistance in making this preventive drive successful.

Preventive Measures to Continue

The PRC Estate Administration Office will continue regular mosquito-control activities across society, including inspection and preventive treatment of common areas, green spaces, pathways, service areas and other potential mosquito-breeding locations.

Residents are requested to remain vigilant and:

• Ensure that no stagnant water is present on balconies, terraces, flower-pot trays, coolers, buckets or other containers.
• Keep water storage containers properly covered.
• Regularly check areas around their homes where water may accumulate.
• Immediately report any stagnant water or suspected mosquito-breeding location to the Estate Management Office.
• Continue to cooperate with the Estate Management team during any future inspection or preventive treatment.

Temporary Closure of Fountains

As communicated earlier, all fountains in the society will continue to remain temporarily closed until further notice as a precautionary measure to minimise potential mosquito-breeding points. The situation will be reviewed periodically, and the fountains will be reopened when conditions are considered suitable.

CIRCULAR NO. 882 STRICT ADVISORY AGAINST RASH & WRONG-SIDE DRIVING 

Dear Residents,

The Estate Office has observed instances of rash driving, excessive speeding, reckless overtaking, and wrong-side driving inside the Purvanchal Royal City complex. Such behaviour can seriously endanger residents, particularly children, senior citizens, pedestrians, cyclists, security personnel, and other road users.

All residents, family members, drivers, visitors, cab drivers, delivery personnel, and service providers are requested to strictly follow the following safety instructions:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Always drive on the designated side of the road. Wrong-side driving is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain a safe and controlled speed inside the complex. Racing, speeding, sudden acceleration, and aggressive driving are strictly prohibited.
• Give priority to pedestrians and exercise additional caution around children and senior citizens.
• Slow down near intersections, basement ramps, gates, clubhouse areas, and pedestrian movement zones.
• Residents must ensure that their drivers, family members, guests, cab drivers, and delivery personnel are also informed of these safety requirements.
• Do not stop or park vehicles in a manner that obstructs internal roads, ramps, turning points, or emergency access.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR REPEATED VIOLATIONS

The Estate Office and Security Team will monitor vehicle movement within the complex. CCTV footage and security records may be used to identify vehicles involved in violations, wherever available.

In cases of repeated, habitual, or serious violations, the concerned resident/vehicle owner may be informed, and appropriate action may be taken as per applicable rules.

Regular or habitual offenders, particularly those involved in dangerous driving that puts the safety of others at serious risk, may be reported to the Police Authorities for appropriate action, without further warning.

A RESPONSIBLE REQUEST TO ALL

Purvanchal Royal City is a residential community, and its internal roads are not meant for speeding or racing. A few seconds saved by driving fast, overtaking recklessly, or taking the wrong side are never worth risking someone's life.

CIRCULAR NO. 880 Reopening of Gate No. 2 Entry

Dear Residents,

This is to inform all residents that Gate No. 2 Entry will be reopened for regular use from 12:00 AM on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, as most of the stone flooring replacement and renovation work has been successfully completed.

The renovation work took longer than initially anticipated due to continuous rainfall during the execution period. In addition, the design and pattern of the stone flooring required detailed work, proper alignment, and finishing, which required additional time to ensure satisfactory completion.

Residents may now use Gate No. 2 for both vehicular and pedestrian entry as per the regular access arrangements.

Please note that minor repairs, finishing, and related works may continue at the site for a short period. These activities will be carried out while the gate remains operational and may require temporary movement adjustments from time to time.

• Residents are requested to drive slowly and carefully while passing through the renovated area.

CIRCULAR NO. 879 Important Reminder: Recharge Your DG Meter Timely to Avoid Power Disruption

Dear Residents,

This is a courteous reminder regarding the DG (Diesel Generator) meter recharge facility, as communicated through previous circulars. To help ensure the availability of backup power during electricity outages, residents are requested to maintain sufficient balance in their DG meters and recharge them in a timely manner.

The DG meter can be recharged either through the Estate Office or conveniently through the iSociety App.

To check your DG meter balance, open the iSociety App, go to the “Energy” tab, and tap on “Live” on the right-hand side. A pop-up will appear displaying your DG meter balance, usage details, and other relevant information. To recharge your DG meter, return to the main menu and select “Accounts”, then scroll down and tap on “Pay”. Under “Bill Type”, select “Electricity”, choose “ICICI Bank” as the payment method, and enter the desired recharge amount, for example, ₹1,500. Tap on “Make Payment”, after which a new page will open. Please carefully review all the payment and recharge details before proceeding. Once the details have been verified, click on “Proceed to Pay”, select your preferred payment method, and complete the transaction. Upon successful completion of the payment, your DG meter will be recharged automatically.

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, commemorates the birth of Lord Ganesha, who is revered as the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. Across India, the festival is celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm through the installation of beautifully crafted idols, devotional music, spiritual rituals, cultural performances, and community gatherings.

Residents are hereby reminded that sharing, lending, transferring, or handing over society access cards to outsiders or unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited. The access card issued to a resident is meant exclusively for the authorised resident and must not be used by any other person.

A previous circular has already been issued in this regard to reinforce the regulation concerning the use of common facilities and access by authorised members only.

All residents are therefore requested to ensure that they and their family members, including children and teenagers, strictly comply with these requirements. Outsiders or unauthorised persons must not be permitted to use the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Gym, Sports Facilities, or any other common facilities of Purvanchal Royal City by using a resident's access card or otherwise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Any instance of unauthorised access, use of common facilities, or sharing of an access card with an outsider will be viewed seriously.

In case of non-compliance, the access/membership of the concerned resident to the society's common facilities may be suspended for a period of one month, as per the applicable society rules and regulations.

Residents are also requested to immediately report any instance of outsiders or unauthorised persons using the common facilities to the Estate Office.

To maintain a safe, secure, and organised environment within the community, no external labourers or service workers will be permitted to enter Purvanchal Royal City on Friday, August 28, 2026. This restriction includes car painters, interior workers, electricians, contractors, repair and service workers, and all other external labour personnel. Residents are requested to kindly schedule such work either before or after the holiday and inform their respective service providers accordingly.

CIRCULAR NO. 873 Falling Object Incident and Immediate Removal of Pots from Balcony Ledges

Dear Residents,

The Incident

The PRC Estate Administration wishes to bring to the attention of all residents a very serious and unfortunate incident that occurred inside Purvanchal Royal City.

At approximately 12:50 A.M. on 21 August 2026, a beer bottle was thrown or dropped from one of the floors of Tower 12 down to the ground. The bottle fell directly onto a car belonging to a resident of Flat No. 715, Tower 12. Due to the impact, the vehicle's windshield and roof were damaged.

Fortunately, the bottle did not strike any person. Had it hit a resident, child, security guard, domestic helper, visitor, or any other person, the consequences could have been extremely serious and potentially life-threatening. This incident is a matter of grave concern and clearly demonstrates the danger of throwing or dropping any object from a height.

Considering the seriousness of the incident and the damage caused to the resident's vehicle, the management will lodge a complaint with the Police and other appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Balcony Safety Requirements

In view of the above incident, the management once again wishes to draw the attention of all residents to the long-standing safety concern regarding flower pots, planters, and other objects being kept on balcony ledges.

For the past three years, the management has repeatedly requested residents, through various circulars and safety notices, to remove flower pots and other objects from balcony ledges.

Our security and maintenance staff have also made flat-to-flat visits on several occasions and personally requested residents to remove such pots from unsafe locations. Despite these repeated efforts, in some cases residents have placed the pots back on the balcony ledges.

A flower pot or planter kept on a balcony ledge can fall due to wind, accidental movement, improper placement, or other unforeseen circumstances. From a higher floor, even a relatively small pot can become a serious and potentially life-threatening hazard. The incident of the beer bottle falling onto a vehicle demonstrates exactly how dangerous falling objects can be.

We therefore once again strongly request that all residents immediately remove all flower pots, planters, bottles, decorative items, and other objects from balcony ledges and exposed edges, and do not place them back.

Our Request

We request all residents to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and cooperate fully with the Estate Management Office. The safety of every resident, child, staff member, and visitor within the premises depends on this cooperation.

Yatharth Hospital is organising a Free BMD Test Camp at the Medical Room, Purvanchal Royal City on 22nd August, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

CIRCULAR NO. 871 – FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR PRECAUTION AND SAFETY MEASURES

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health.

Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of all residents living within our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure living environment, we will conduct comprehensive fire system checks in every flat within PRC twice a year.

This fire system checking is a precautionary measure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. The inspection helps us identify potential issues, confirm the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and address any concerns without delay.

Our team of professionals specialising in fire safety systems will carry out the inspection. They will begin visiting residences on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The process typically takes no more than 15 minutes per flat, depending on the unit's size and layout.

During the inspection, our team will:

Check the fire sprinkler system inside your flat.

Inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to confirm functionality.

Verify the condition of fire hoses and other firefighting equipment on your floor.

Important Reminder:

As per our previous Circular Reminder: Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance, during the last inspection, it was observed that some residents had made unauthorised changes to the fire safety system. We once again request that all residents remove any such modifications or obstructions immediately. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.
