Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to address a crucial issue that has recently come to our attention regarding the installation of kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and their connection to the rainwater harvesting line.
It has been observed that some residents have connected the waste pipelines of their kitchen sinks with the rainwater harvesting line. This action has unfortunately led to damage to the bore of the rainwater harvesting system. As a result, it has become imperative for us to take immediate action to rectify this situation.
In light of this, we kindly request all residents who have installed their kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and connected them to the rainwater harvesting line to relocate them to their original locations within the stipulated time frame of 15 days.
We have already undertaken the necessary steps to re-bore the rainwater harvesting system to ensure its proper functioning. However, to prevent any further damage and ensure the efficient recycling of water, the kitchen sinks must be relocated to their original positions.
We understand the convenience of having the kitchen sink on the balcony however, it is our collective responsibility to maintain the integrity of our rainwater harvesting system. Failure to comply with this request may result in additional maintenance costs for the community.

The implementation of this system is scheduled to take place on 10-6-2024. With this new feature, only residents with an authorized access control card will be able to use the lifts to reach their respective floors. To facilitate a smooth transition, each resident is required to obtain their personal access control card from the estate office. Hope you are keeping safe.
On scrutiny of the lease agreement of tenants, in this complex, it is found in some cases, that the date of their lease agreement, has expired. In such cases, affected tenants are considered as staying illegally.
It may happen that their lease agreements might have been renewed but a copy of the same has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are requested to kindly check the dates of the lease agreement of their tenants. In case the date has already expired and the tenants are still staying, these should be renewed immediately and copies handed over to the estate office, to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but a copy still has not been handed over to the estate office are requested to hand over the copy to the estate office by 15th April 2024.
In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, iSociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in the event of any security concerns, as may be raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

Enter the recharge amount, ensuring it is at least Rs. 500, then proceed to make the payment. A new tab will open where you can verify your details and press "Process to Pay." Choose your preferred payment method, and upon successful transaction, your recharge will be completed.
Live Monitoring: With the iSociety app, you gain access to real-time data from your meter. This enables you to monitor electricity usage and track your remaining balance effortlessly.
You can recharge an online platform on the NPCL website.
To recharge your NPCL meter online, please follow these straightforward steps:
Visit the NPCL website: https://iwebapps.noidapower.com:8032/SMeterPPMT/Quick_pay.aspx.
Click on the "Generate New Coupon" option.
Input your consumer number, mobile number, and email address in the designated fields.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for validation.
Follow the prompts to select your recharge amount and preferred payment method.
Upon successful payment processing, your NPCL meter will be recharged, and you'll receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. After a successful recharge, you'll receive a recharge code. Enter this code into your display device using the format *12345 123456 12332132 #.

Circular No 575 – Re-opening of Swimming Pool - Important Guidelines and Precautions
Dear Residents,
I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits.
We are pleased to announce that the swimming pool at Purvanchal Royal City will be re-opening on Monday, 15th April 2024. After a period of closure, we understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding the return of this cherished amenity. However, we all must adhere to certain guidelines and precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of every individual utilizing the pool facilities.
Outlined below are the guidelines and precautions that must be strictly followed:
Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times. They should not be left unattended either in or outside the pool area.
Appropriate Attire: Please ensure you wear proper swimming attire and headgear (swim cap) before entering the pool. Swimming in normal clothes is strictly prohibited.
Health Conditions: Individuals with any open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, or illnesses such as colds, coughs, fever, skin diseases, or upset stomachs are advised not to enter the pool area. Additionally, those suffering from dermatological diseases or having extended abrasions, blisters, or open wounds should refrain from swimming.
Hygiene Practices: It is mandatory to shower both before and after using the pool. Please refrain from using creams or lotions before entering. Furthermore, utilize the foot basin containing a chlorine solution to disinfect your feet before entering the pool area.
Diaper Usage: Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers while in the pool. Regular diapers are not suitable for swimming and may cause leakage.
Pool Maintenance: Kindly note that the swimming pool will be closed every Thursday for thorough cleaning and maintenance purposes.
Safety Measures: Avoid bringing food or drinks into the pool area, as it can attract pests and increase bacteria. Furthermore, refrain from engaging in conversation with lifeguards, running around the pool area, or engaging in roughhousing.
