In our continuous effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue Prevention Program. This program involves a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and proliferation of dengue-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.
Program Details:
1. Scheduled Visit by Prevention Team:
Starting from 13-08-2023, a dedicated team of professionals will be visiting each apartment within the complex to carry out comprehensive mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides. They will focus on treating potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.
2. Common Area Treatment:
Apart from individual apartments, the common areas of our apartment complex will also undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes the treatment of shared spaces such as lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and other community spaces.
3. Safety Measures:
Rest assured that the insecticides used in this program are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as an additional precaution, we recommend that residents keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The preventive team will also provide guidance on any other necessary safety measures during their visit.
4. Cooperation Request:
We kindly request your full cooperation during the program implementation. Our goal is to create a mosquito-free environment for all residents, and your support in this endeavor is greatly appreciated. Please allow the prevention team access to your apartment during their visit, and follow any instructions provided by them.

I hope this letter finds you all in good health and spirits. I am writing to inform you about a recent incident that occurred near Tower 6. There was a leakage detected in the IGL (Indraprastha Gas Limited) gas pipeline and immediate action has been taken to address the situation.
Upon detecting the leakage, our maintenance team promptly contacted the authorities, and the IGL team arrived on-site to assess the situation. I am pleased to inform you that the repair work has already commenced, and the experts have assured us that the issue will be resolved promptly.
However, please be informed that the repair process will take approximately two hours to complete. During this time the Gas service will not be available in Towers 5, 6, 7, 14 15. 
Gas Service Will Resumed tentatively at 12:30 PM.

On 17-07-2023, a regrettable incident took place where a resident was bitten by an unleashed dog within our premises. While we are relieved to report that the resident is receiving proper medical attention and is expected to recover fully, this unfortunate event highlights the need for stricter regulations regarding pet ownership within our community.
We value the safety and comfort of every resident in our complex, including our beloved pets. To ensure a harmonious living environment and prevent any such incidents from occurring in the future, we are implementing a mandatory dog leash policy effective immediately. This policy requires all dog owners to keep their pets on a leash whenever they are outside their homes or in common areas within the complex.
Here are some key points to remember regarding the new policy:
- All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the owner's residence, including walks within the complex premises and common areas.

In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors at all times.
We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.

The fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. They can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

- Keep Common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and any other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
- Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
- Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
- Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede the evacuation routes.

The Greater Noida Authority has raised the Advanced water bill from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024. All individual flat owners need to pay the water charges.
in case of delay in payment after 25.07.2023, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days. Afterward, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest mentioned above.
In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned above after 10 days.

Circular No 510–Temporary Closure of Swimming Pool for Cleaning Purposes

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to provide you with an update regarding the temporary closure of our swimming pool, as mentioned in our previous circular.
Due to the heavy wind and rain experienced yesterday, our swimming pool encountered an unexpected accumulation of debris and dirt. To ensure the health and safety of all our residents, it has become necessary to conduct a thorough cleaning and maintenance process. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the pool will remain closed for an additional two days.
We apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause to your routine. However, this measure is essential to maintain the integrity of the pool water and prevent potential health risks. By carrying out the cleaning process diligently, we aim to provide you with a clean and enjoyable swimming experience upon reopening.
We kindly request your cooperation and understanding during this period.
