On the auspicious occasion of Eid Al-Adah, PRC Cultural Committee in collaboration with fellow residents is organizing a Sufi musical evening on July 17th, 2022 (Sunday). Music is a great healer and brings people closer. Let’s celebrate the evening with lots of love and some delicious food.

Following are the highlights of the program:

Dear Residents,

It is to inform you that six new corona positive case has been notified in our complex in Tower-12A, 09 & 10 by the occupant himself. The patient is quarantined in the home as advised by the doctor. We wish for his speedy recovery and would be offering all possible help to his family.

We request all residents especially of Tower-12A, Tower-9 & Tower-10 to stay inside and avoid moving into common areas unless unavoidable.

Dear Residents,

The Swimming Pool operations will resume on 9th July 2022, following the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Swimmers using the swimming pool will Comply with all the instructions displayed around the pool and observe the rules of personal hygiene displayed all over the swimming pool area.

Precautions you must follow while hitting the Swimming pool

  1. 14 वर्ष से कम उम्र के किसी भी बच्चे को उनके माता-पिता/अभिभावकों के बिना स्विमिंग पूल में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी और उन्हें पूल परिसर के अंदर या बाहर अकेला नहीं छोड़ा जाएगा।
  2. This is to inform you that any children under the age of 14 will not be allowed in the swimming pool without their parents/guardians and should not be left unaccompanied while they’re in or outside the pool
  3. Swimming in normal Clothes is strictly not allowed, make sure you wear a proper Swimming Costume and Head Gear (Swim Cap), and biometric entry is compulsory.
  4. People with open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, cold, cough, fever, skin disease, venereal diseases, and upset stomachs must not be allowed to swim
  5. Do not enter the swimming pool if you suffer from a dermatological disease. People with extended abrasions, blisters, or open wounds should get information about the risk of infection and avoid entering the swimming pool
  6. Toddlers must be made to wear swim-proof diapers. Use swim-specific diapers (reusable or disposable options are available). A non-swim diaper will not perform well in water. (Wear swimming attire, not regular clothes)
  7. Shower before and after swimming in the pool, do not use creams or lotions before entering the pool. 
  8. Take a shower obligatorily before using the swimming pool. Use obligatorily the foot basin which contains a 0.3-0.6% chlorine solution to disinfect their feet before entering the swimming pool
  9. Leave a towel on the lounge chair if you’re occupying it so that others know it’s taken
  10. Never bring food or drinks in the pool as crumbs or spills can increase bacteria and attract pests. If a glass, cup, or dish breaks, you will need to drain the pool so you can clean it and ensure all the broken pieces are removed
  11. Do not engage in a conversation with the lifeguard as it may divert his attention
  12. Instruct children to walk, not run around the swimming pool. Adults should not engage in roughhousing in or around the pool
  13. Kindly note that the due to the cleaning of Swimming Pool. In lieu of this, the pool will be closed every Thursday. The pool closures are to facilitate a thorough cleaning process of all pool facilities.
  14. Details of check-in and checkout times of members and visitors must be recorded along with their name address, phone number, Temperature, and oxygen saturation the document said. Thermal screening at the entry point for residents and Staff is mandatory before entering.
  15. The temperature should be recorded for the employee and the Residents for contact tracing.
  16. Sanitize your middle finger with an alcohol swab and check oxygen saturation using a pulse oximeter. Those having oxygen saturation below 95% should not be allowed to enter. PRC Management will Call the central / state helpline/ambulance and refer such persons to the nearest health facility.
  17. No more reaching out to disposable cups at the water cooler, instead, carries your water bottle.

  • Rent For Semi-Finished Flat in A3 Category - 30,000 per month
  • Rent For Semi-Finished Flat in A2 Category - 40,000 per month
  • Rent For Semi-Finished Flat in A1 Category - 50,000 per month

The minimum rental recommendation is (including maintenance for furnished flats)

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

This is to inform you that the Bio Metric system is already implemented in the clubhouse, but due to a pandemic situation, previously we did not activate it in the towers.

In our endeavor to strengthen our security, now we are going to start the biometric system in the basement of the towers as well in a phased manner.

1st Phase (15-7-2022)– gates-1 & 2 of the upper basement in (8,9,10,11,12,12A) and gate-1 of the basement (5,6,7,14,15) are open only with the proper biometric or access card only.

2nd Phase (25-7-2022)– gate-3 of the upper basement and gate- of the lower basement in (8,9,10,11,12,12A) and gate-1 of the Stilt (5,6,7,14,15) are open only with the proper biometric or access card only.

3rd Phase (5-8-2022) – all the gates of the upper & lower basement, stilt is open only with the proper biometric or access card only.

These cards will be printed with the picture of the owner and dependents. Residents are requested to come to the estate office for registration. The registration process already started on 7th September 2020 from 1000 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs. We request you to please support us in getting this activation process completed.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

On scrutiny of the lease agreement of tenants, in this complex, it is found in some cases, that the date of their lease agreement, has expired. In such cases, affected tenants are considered as staying illegally.

It may happen that their lease agreements might have been renewed but the copy of the same has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are requested to kindly check the dates of the lease agreement of their tenants. In case the date has already expired and the tenants are still staying, these should be renewed immediately and copies handed over to the estate office, to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but a copy still has not been handed over to the estate office are requested to hand over the copy to the estate office latest by 05 July 2022. 

In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, isociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in event of any security concerns as may be raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

Early and prompt action from your side will be highly appreciated.

Circular No: 410 – “Caution PRC: Segregate Waste in These 4 Categories, No More Collection of Mixed Waste from Homes.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe. 

Further to our Circular for Non-Segregated Waste, please note that we will not collect NON-Segregated Waste from any house.

To tackle the problem of waste management, Greater Noida Authority cautioned the residents to strictly segregate the waste in their homes because personnel engaged in its door-to-door collection will not collect mixed garbage. The administrative body appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories– Dry, wet, sanitary, and hazardous.

Taking the Swachhta Mission a notch higher in Greater Noida. Segregation of waste in the desired categories has been made mandatory. if the waste is not segregated in your household, it won’t be collected. We need to work together to ensure a green and healthy environment for our families. Our Residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did, at the beginning of the year.

We appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories – Dry Waste, wet Waste, Sanitary Waste, and hazardous Waste in different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and most importantly this is our moral responsibility in the interest of the environment.

We have installed PET Poop Garbage Bin around the PRC Campus. We request the pet owner to utilize these facilities (drop the poop in the bin) to make our society clean and green and extend your support.

Dear Residents,

Further to our Circular for DG recharge, please note that the DG meter is already started from 15-09-2021

The metering System would be working on the Pay as you use. You have to purchase the electricity as per your requirement with a minimum recharge value of Rs 500/- and a maximum up to Rs 2500/ in advance.

Please Recharge Your meter to Avoid Disconnection of Your DG Supply

Some of the residents have not recharged their meters for DG backup and to avoid disconnection please recharge the same on priority. Auto disconnection is enabled post balance going in the minus figure.

Please note that recharging the DG meter can be done on the isociety app and also from the estate office. In addition, live data of your meter will also be available on the isociety app

Kindly be informed that our swimming pool is undergoing maintenance from today Monday, 23nd May 2022 due to Heavy Rain, winds, and sand storms that destroyed the cleanest of the swimming pool, severe weather can sweep dirt and debris into the pool they add an even amount of mud, silt, and contaminants. 

The pool will be temporarily closed for two days.

It has come to our notice that some residents are still keeping their pots on ledges which can be fatal someday.

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots, etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life-threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. To this, we have clearly mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same and all the legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges. 

Hence, we again request to all the residents don't place their plants on ledges.

Please co-operate with us in maintaining a better society.  This is only for the safety and security of the residents.
