Purvanchal's dedicated renting team will be your point of contact for all your rentals. If you are willing to rent your property, you must contact them ahead.

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR SEMI-FINISHED FLATS)

  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is 30,000 per month
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is 35,000 per month 
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is 45,000 per month 
  • Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A1 category is 60,000 per month

THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS WILL COME FROM THE CENTRALIZATION OF RENTALS -

  • The owners do not pay broker commissions
  • There will be no document forgery
  • Rate standardization
  • Convenience and simplicity

The lease agreement and Charter, which contain important information for tenant registration, can be downloaded from the isociety app. If your new tenant is relocating to Royal City, you must complete the necessary paperwork well in advance of the tenant's arrival. It’s a Proud Moment for all of us as Indian to be a part of our 74th Republic Day of India Celebration.

Republic Day marks the adoption of India's constitution and the country's transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. Every year, the celebrations marking the day feature spectacular military and cultural pageantry. In New Delhi, armed forces personnel march along the Kartavya path in an elaborate display of military might. The epic show on Kartavya path eclipses everything else happening across the country on this auspicious day.

Republic Day is celebrated yearly with grandeur, gaiety, fervor, and enthusiasm. This year also, Republic Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion.

It’s a proud moment for all of us as Indians to be a part of our 74th Republic Day celebration. Republic Day is celebrated yearly with grandeur, gaiety, fervor, and enthusiasm. This year also, Republic Day will be celebrated in a manner befitting the occasion.

A ceremony at 9:00 AM in the Purvanchal Royal City consisting of the National Flag unfurling by Our Senior Resident Shree Satish Handoo and playing the National Anthem.

Dear Residents,

Hope you are well and keeping safe.

Observed a night before Makar Sankranti, Lohri is celebrated by those in North India as a traditional winter folk festival or as a popular harvest festival of farmers. It commemorates the passing of the Winter Solstice and looks forward to longer days as the sun journeys towards the northern hemisphere.

Each year the festival of Lohri is celebrated with a traditional bonfire. Along with offering prayers to the Gods for a healthy harvest which has brought prosperity to the families, people also offer peanuts, gur ki Rewari, and makhana (fox nuts) to the bonfire, and then dance around it while singing popular folk songs. 

We are pleased to inform you that the PRC Cultural committee has planned the Lohri celebration on, 13th January 2023 at 7 pm for all the residents. The venue for the celebration will be near the Main Gate Entrance of the society. The event will be celebrated with a bonfire, Dhol, and dancing. All residents are cordially invited to grace the occasion with their presence.

In the event of a payment delay after 10.01.2023, interest at the rate of 10% per annum will be charged for the first 30 days, and then an appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest.

It has been observed that a few of the residents have not been paying their Maintenance regularly which is causing issues and Purvanchal projects have been paying the penalties due to the delay.

Purvanchal Projects have been supporting residents to the extent possible however we have residents who have not paid the maintenance for the last 2 quarters.

We request all residents pay their dues on priority, failing to do so we would not be able to support the maintenance. The last extended date to pay is 15th December 2022 for residents who have >=2 quarters of maintenance pending.

It is being observed & reported by many residents that wrong parking in parking slots is continuing.  At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else and even by reporting to security staff their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, if any 2-wheeler or four-wheeler is found wrongly parked, a Tyre lock would be put in that particular 2-wheeler or four-wheeler, by security staff and would be opened only on payment of Rs 500/- per day, in the maintenance office, as a penalty.

We again request you park your 2-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

You all are requested to kindly cooperate to control this problem.

Residents are hereby advised not to keep flower pots, water pots, etc. on the balcony ledge as it may cause serious accidents and could be life-threatening if they fall. As it is dangerous and may cause major accidents. To this, we have mentioned that we will not be responsible and the flat owner will be held responsible for the same and all the legal actions will be taken against that family who has placed their pots on ledges. 

Hence, we again request to all the residents don't place their plants on ledges.

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

When the lease agreements of tenants in this complex are examined, it is discovered that the date of their lease agreement has expired in certain cases. In such circumstances, impacted renters are considered to be illegally present.

Their lease agreements may have been renewed but a copy has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are asked to double-check the lease agreement dates of their tenants. If the date has already passed and the tenants are still living there, the leases should be renewed immediately, and copies given to the estate office to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but have not yet handed over a copy to the estate office are asked to do so by November 20, 2022.

In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, isociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in case of any security concerns raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

Early and prompt action from your side will be highly appreciated.

Guru Nanak Jayanti, also known as ‘Guru Nanak’s Prakash Utsav’ and ‘Guru Nanak Gurpurab’, marks the significance of the birth of the first Sikh Guru – Guru Nanak. This day (celebrated like a festival) falls in the month of Kartik (November) according to the Hindu calendar.

Sikhs across the world celebrate the birthdays of all of their ten gurus as Gurpurab. Guru Nanak Jayanti marks the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. He was the first Sikh Guru who laid the foundation of Sikhism. He was born in 1469 in Talwandi, a village near Lahore. He traveled extensively to spread the message of peace and love.

PRC Cultural Committee is organizing Guru Nanak Dev Ji Jayanti with sheer enthusiasm at Purvanchal Royal City Club House On 20th November 2022 as per the details given below.

CIRCULAR NO 451– “Recommendation for a Minimum Rental”

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

Purvanchal's dedicated rental team will be your point of contact for all your rentals. If you are willing to rent out your property, you must contact them ahead of time. We would also like to keep you informed that there are limited flats available for rent and with the premium service and ambiance of our society, the below-given rentals are recommended by Purvanchal Projects. 

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR SEMI-FINISHED FLATS)

  • The rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is 27,000 per month
  • The rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is 31,000 per month 
  • The rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is 40,000 per month 
  • The rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A1 category is 55,000 per month

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR FURNISHED FLATS)

  • The rent for a furnished apartment in the B1 category is 35,000 per month
  • The rent for a furnished apartment in the A3 category is 40,000 per month
  • The rent for a furnished apartment in the A2 category is 60,000 per month 
  • The rent for a furnished apartment in the A1 category is 80,000 per month

THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS WILL COME FROM THE CENTRALIZATION OF RENTALS -

  • The owners do not pay broker commissions
  • There will be no document forgery
  • Rate standardization
  • Convenience and simplicity

The charter, encompassing pertinent information and documents required for registration of the tenant, which contains important information for the tenant, can be downloaded from the isociety app. If your new tenant is relocating to Royal City, you must complete the necessary paperwork well in advance of the tenant's arrival.
