The Sanitization Process through Sodium Hypochlorite is sprayed in all towers, lifts, lobby areas of each floor, railing and staircase, residence main doors, main gate & guard room, and common areas, etc. every day, likely to be touched by a resident to be cleaned for maintaining the highest level of sanitation and hygiene.

The fumigation treatment around the Royal City Residential Complex will be done daily between 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM.

Circular No 436 –Caution PRC: Segregate Waste in These 4 Categories, No More Collection of Mixed Waste from Homes

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

Further to our circular for non-segregated waste, please note that we will not collect non-segregated waste from any house.

To tackle the problem of waste management, the Greater Noida Authority cautioned residents to strictly segregate the waste in their homes because personnel engaged in its door-to-door collection will not collect mixed garbage. The administrative body appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories: dry, wet, sanitary, and hazardous.

Taking the Swachhta Mission a notch higher in Greater Noida Segregation of waste into the desired categories has been made mandatory. If the waste is not segregated in your household, it won’t be collected. We need to work together to ensure a green and healthy environment for our families. Our residents will participate in the drive with the same enthusiasm as we did at the beginning of the year.

We appealed to the residents to segregate waste into four categories: dry waste, wet waste, sanitary waste, and hazardous waste in different biodegradable garbage bags. It is mandatory as per law and, most importantly, it is our moral responsibility in the interest of the environment.

The garbage will be collected from the house from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. only.

We have installed PET poop garbage bins around the PRC Campus. We request pet owners to utilize these facilities (drop the poop in the bin) to make our society clean and green and to extend your support.

CIRCULAR NO 435– Wheel Lock to tackle wrongful parking

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. 

It is being observed and reported by many residents that wrong-parking in parking slots is continuing. At times, residents find that their parking slot is occupied by somebody else, and even after reporting to security staff, their parking slot is not vacated.

To control this wrong parking menace, if any two-wheeler or four-wheeler is found wrongly parked, a tyre lock would be put on that particular two-wheeler or four-wheeler by the security staff and it would be opened only on payment of Rs 500/-per day in the estate office, as a penalty. The locks won’t allow the vehicle owner to move it from the spot where it has been parked.

We again request you to park your two-wheeler or four-wheeler in your designated parking slots.

This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in its evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to enable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of activating India 2.0, fuelled by the spirit of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The official journey of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav commenced on 12th March 2021 which started a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of independence and will end post a year on 15th August 2023. Following are the five themes of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

With the help of the isociety app, you can streamline your daily tasks and live more comfortably. Residents can manage daily chores and make life convenient. Using this online solution, residents can approve entries and exits of visitors, pre-approve online deliveries, pay society maintenance bills, circulars, complaints, and many more. 

In addition to this Bio-Metric-based entry for maids and drivers is now being implemented in the PRC, we are in the process of activating it for all the existing staff and any new maid/driver or house help hired will be automatically enrolled. This will strengthen the safety and security of our residents, another feature of the app that makes life exceptionally convenient for the residents is managing daily household staff. Are you often left wondering if your maid is coming or not? With the isociety app, the resident gets notified the minute the Maid/Driver arrives in the community or leaves. Biometric entry maximizes the safety of your home and society.

Circular No-425 – Submission of renewed Lease/Rent Deed/Agreement.

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good health.

When the lease agreements of tenants in this complex are examined, it is discovered that the date of their lease agreement has expired in certain cases. In such circumstances, impacted renters are considered to be illegally present.

Their lease agreements may have been renewed but a copy has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are asked to double-check the lease agreement dates of their tenants. If the date has already passed and the tenants are still living there, the leases should be renewed immediately, and copies given to the estate office to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but have not yet handed over a copy to the estate office are asked to do so by July 30, 2022.

In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, isociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in event of any security concerns as may be raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

Early and prompt action from your side will be highly appreciated.

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR SEMI-FINISHED FLATS)

• Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the B1 category is 26,000 per month
• Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A3 category is 30,000 per month 
• Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A2 category is 40,000 per month 
• Rent for a semi-finished apartment in the A1 category is 50,000 per month

THE RECOMMENDED MINIMUM RENTAL AMOUNT IS (INCLUDING MAINTENANCE FOR FURNISHED FLATS)

• Rent for a furnished apartment in the B1 category is 30,000 per month
• Rent for a furnished apartment in the A3 category is 35,000 per month

Circular No - 423 – domestic help/maid/driver`s

Dear Residents,

Hope you are keeping safe.

To avoid incidents with maids and drivers in the complex following steps are recommended to be taken.

• You, all, are requested to employ a maid, domestic helper, and driver with proper procedure & documentation. Never employ a maid/worker without knowing his previous details and without proper documentation with the estate office.
• As much as possible, you shouldn't let your maid alone work in your apartment instead, you should always keep an eye on her whereabouts. Almirahs, lockers, etc. should always be locked and closed. 
• When maids or other workers are present, never display jewelry or cash, and never discuss any significant matters.

If any maid, domestic helper, and driver is terminated/barred by the employer due to unwanted activities such as theft, misbehaving, or leaving the employment without 15 days' notice, the estate office will immediately stop the entry of such maid, domestic helper, and driver after receiving a written complaint from the residents.

Security staff has been instructed not to give entry to such maid, domestic helper, and driver, whose security pass shall be canceled by the estate office. You, all, are expected to extend your best cooperation in this regard.

We further request the residents to inform the estate office in writing about any untoward incidents viz. errant maid, domestic helper, and driver, so that, needful action could accordingly be initiated.

We further request the resident that in an event of theft or similar untoward incidents by any maid, domestic helper, and driver, the same should also be immediately reported to the concerned police station by the resident, so affected.
