It has been observed that some resident teenagers are bringing outsiders into the premises and permitting them to use the common facilities. Residents are reminded that this practice is strictly prohibited under society rules. A previous circular has already been issued to reinforce this regulation.

All residents are requested to ensure compliance and refrain from allowing outsiders to access common areas such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and other shared facilities.

Non-compliance will be viewed seriously, and violators may have their membership to society facilities suspended for one month.

CIRCULAR NO 753 – FIRE SAFETY RECHECKING IN FLATS OF TOWER 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain fire safety standards, our technical team recently carried out inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. During this process, we found that:

Some flats could not be inspected as they were found locked at the scheduled time.

In a few flats modifications had been made to the fire safety system.

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of the fire protection systems in all units, we request the following:

CIRCULAR 751: GREATER NOIDA AUTHORITY – MANDATORY REGISTRATION OF PETS AND GUIDELINES FOR PET OWNERS

Dear Residents,

The Greater Noida Authority has laid down specific rules for all pet owners within its jurisdiction. These rules apply to every resident of our society who owns a dog or a cat. Adherence to these directions is compulsory, and any non-compliance will attract penalties as prescribed by the Authority.

1. Registration

• All pets must be registered annually on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
• Documents required: Vaccination records (rabies compulsory) and proof of ownership.
• A fine of Rs. 2,000 will be imposed for unregistered pets inspections and investigations may follow.

2. Pet Health & Identification

• Pets must be vaccinated and microchipped.
• Owners must carry a health certificate if a pet is unwell.
• Pet deaths must be updated/reported on the GNIDAPR App.

3. Pet Owner Responsibility

• All pets must be walked on a leash outside the house.
• Leaving pets unattended outside homes is prohibited.
• Owners must clean pet waste in public/common areas.
• Pets must be handled carefully in lifts and public spaces to avoid risk to others.
• In case of an untoward incident, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be imposed, and the cost of treatment of the injured person/animal will be borne by the pet owner.
• If a pet dog attacks stray dogs, treatment expenses will be borne by the pet owner.
• If a stray dog attacks, its treatment cost will also be borne by the pet dog owner, and fines collected will be used for Pet Policy implementation.

4. Action Required from Residents

• Complete online registration immediately on the Mitra (GNIDAPR) App.
• Ensure vaccinations, microchipping, and documents are up to date.
• Follow leash rules, hygiene practices, and elevator/public space guidelines.
• Additionally, no pet owner shall leave their dog/cat loose in any public place (street, road, park, or near the road) nor allow them to defecate in such areas. Violations will attract fines of Rs. 100/- (first time), Rs. 200/- (second time), and Rs. 500/- (third time).

Circular No: 750– Scheduled Electrical Maintenance

Dear Residents,

As part of our annual preventive maintenance, work will be carried out on the electrical panels, rising mains, bus bar tapped box meter boards, MCC, and MCCB connections. This activity will take place between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, starting on September 8, 2025, as outlined in the schedule below.

Please note that the power supply to the elevators will remain unaffected during the process. However, the NPLC supply to the flats will be disconnected for the maintenance of the main supply line.

CIRCULAR NO. 747 – NAVRATRI FESTIVAL

Dear Residents,

We are delighted to announce the upcoming Navratri Festival 2025 at Purvanchal Royal City – Club Royale, beginning Monday, 22nd September 2025 and continuing until Thursday, 2nd October 2025.

Festival Highlights: A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, followed by Aarti, throughout Navratri. Bhajans and Aarti will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Devotees will oversee the decoration and upkeep of the Akhand Jyoti, with the hall kept minimally lit overnight and dedicated security personnel stationed round the clock. PRC devotees will manage Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad distribution.

COLORs & Mandli Schedule:

The Shringar (adornment) of Maa will be managed by the respective Towers as defined in the table above. For any Book Stall queries, please contact: 8512045990, 8700936283, 8860205600.

Navami Hawan & Prasad: A sacred Hawan will be performed on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at 10:30 AM, followed by the distribution of Prasad.

CIRCULAR NO. 746 – FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR PRECAUTION AND SAFETY MEASURES

Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of all residents living within our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure living environment, we will conduct comprehensive fire system checks in every flat within PRC twice a year.

This fire system checking is a precautionary measure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. The inspection helps us identify potential issues, confirm the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and address any concerns without delay.

Our team of professionals specializing in fire safety systems will carry out the inspection. They will begin visits to residences starting Monday, September 1, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The process typically takes no longer than 15 minutes per flat, depending on the unit's size and layout.

During the inspection, our team will:

Check the fire sprinkler system inside your flat.

Inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to confirm functionality.

Verify the condition of fire hoses and other firefighting equipment on your floor.

Important Reminder:

As per our previous Circular No. 703 – Reminder: Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance, during the last inspection, it was observed that some residents had made unauthorized changes to the fire safety system. We once again request that all residents remove any such modifications or obstructions immediately. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.

At PRC, the safety and comfort of our residents remain our top priority. To ensure a secure and reliable electrical system, our certified electricians will carry out a detailed inspection of electrical connections, specifically the MCB and ELCB. The maintenance activity will begin on Thursday, August 28, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., starting from Tower No. 1 and continuing up to Tower No. 18.

The objective of this visit is to check and tighten all MCB and ELCB connections from the main distribution board, ensuring they are functioning correctly. This preventive step is important to reduce the risk of electrical hazards and strengthen the overall electrical infrastructure of our community. Such regular checks help us maintain a safe, reliable, and worry-free living environment for all residents.

CIRCULAR NO. 742 – UPCOMING DENGUE & MALARIA PREVENTION PROGRAM

Our primary goal is to prevent the spread of mosquito-borne illnesses such as dengue and malaria, both of which can cause serious health issues.

In our ongoing effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue & Malaria Prevention Program. This program will adopt a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and spread of disease-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

1. SCHEDULED VISIT BY PREVENTION TEAM

Starting from 1 September 2025, a dedicated team of professionals will visit each apartment within the complex to carry out mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides, focusing on potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.

2. COMMON AREA TREATMENT

In addition to individual apartments, all common areas will undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, gardens, and other shared community spaces.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

The insecticides used are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as a precaution, we advise residents to keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The prevention team will also provide additional guidance during their visit.

We hope this message finds you and your families in good health and high spirits. We are delighted to announce the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations at Purvanchal Royal City. This sacred festival is a time of devotion, joy, and togetherness—an opportunity for all of us to strengthen our bonds as one community.

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, commemorates the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. Across the country, the festival is celebrated with grandeur, marked by the installation of beautifully crafted idols, devotional songs, spiritual rituals, cultural performances, and delicious feasts shared with family and friends.

This year, our celebrations will feature a magnificent eco-friendly clay idol of Lord Ganesha, which will be placed in the clubhouse under a tastefully decorated pandal adorned with flowers, lights, and traditional décor. The idol will be consecrated with sacred Vedic chants during the Ganpati Sthapna ceremony, filling the atmosphere with divinity and positivity. Throughout the celebrations, residents will have the opportunity to participate in daily aartis, soulful kirtans, and various devotional gatherings. We especially encourage our young residents to participate, as this is a wonderful way for them to learn about and experience our rich cultural heritage.

daily aarti: 10:30 am (followed by prasad distribution)

Kirtan by mandali: Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by aarti & prasad

group performances (kids & ladies): Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by aarti & prasad

visarjan of lord ganesha:

puja & aarti: Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:00 am

procession: from Purvanchal royal city to Gang Nahar, starting at 12:00 pm

The Visarjan will be accompanied by devotional singing, Dhol, and the chanting of “Ganpati Bappa Morya”, creating a vibrant farewell to Lord Ganesha until next year.

Their struggles, perseverance, and ultimate victory against oppression remain a timeless source of inspiration for us all.

In this spirit, we are delighted to announce the “Tiranga Yatra Program – Yaad Karo Qurbani” organized by the PRC Estate Office and PRC Cultural Committee. This event unites our community in celebrating the ideals of freedom and unity symbolized by our national flag, the Tiranga.

The yatra will take us on a symbolic journey through our history, reminding us of the immense sacrifices made during the struggle for independence.
