Let this serve as a final and strict warning:

Throwing any object from a height is strictly prohibited.

Such acts are not only dangerous but also a criminal offense. If any individual is found involved in such behaviour, a police complaint will be filed immediately, and strict legal action will be taken. A police complaint has already been filed today for further investigation and necessary action.

Circular No 707 Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets [22 May 2025]

Date: Thursday, 22 May 2025

Circular No. 707: Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets

Dear Residents,

We trust this message finds you safe and well.

We are writing to express our serious concern regarding a dangerous incident that occurred last night. Due to high wind pressure, several flower pots placed on the edges of balconies were dislodged and fell. One such incident occurred at Tower 17, where falling pots narrowly missed a serious accident involving residents and their vehicles. Thankfully, no injuries occurred, but the situation could have been catastrophic.

This serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by keeping unsecured items, especially flower pots, on balcony parapets or railing edges. Despite multiple reminders and intervention by the security staff, such practices continue, putting lives and property at risk.

Effective immediately, all residents are instructed to:

  • Remove any pots or decorative items placed on balcony parapets or railings.
  • Keep such items securely within the inner floor area of the balcony.
  • Refrain from repositioning these items on the parapet once removed.

Daily inspections by the security team will be conducted. Any flower pots or items found on the balcony ledges will be removed without further notice.

Non-compliance with this safety directive may result in penalties, including fines and possible escalation to civic authorities.

If you observe any violations, please support our safety initiative by sending a photo along with flat and tower details via WhatsApp to the Estate Manager at: +91-9717291592, +91-8800190810

Let us work together to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents.

Circular No. 706 Temporary Closure of All Swimming Pools Due to Dust Storm Damage [22 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 21 May 2025

Circular No. 706 Temporary Closure of All Swimming Pools Due to Dust Storm Damage

Dear Residents,

We trust this message finds you safe and well.

We wish to inform you of an important update concerning our community swimming pools. Owing to the intense dust storm, high-velocity winds, and rain experienced last night, the swimming pool facility has sustained a significant impact. The ceiling above the pool area has been damaged, and the pool water has been severely compromised by dust and debris.

Despite our maintenance team's continuous efforts to uphold water quality, current conditions do not permit us to maintain the hygiene and safety standards we are committed to. Therefore, as a precautionary measure and to facilitate necessary repairs, the swimming pools will remain closed from 22nd May 2025 to 27th May 2025.

This temporary closure will allow us to:

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire pool area
  • Repair and restore the damaged ceiling
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all structural elements are secure

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, especially during the summer months when the pool is a valued amenity. However, the health and safety of our residents remain our highest priority, and this short-term disruption is essential to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all.

The swimming pools are scheduled to reopen and resume normal operations from 28th May 2025.

Should you have any queries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or reach out to your Estate Manager at the following numbers:

9311771103, 9717291592, 8800190823, 8800190810

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.

Warm regards,

Circular No. 705: Serious Safety Concerns – Enforcement Measures Imminent [21 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 21 May 2025

Circular No. 705: Serious Safety Concerns – Enforcement Measures Imminent

Dear Residents,

We are writing to address a serious safety concern that demands immediate attention. On the night of 19-05-2025, a chair was thrown from an upper floor of Tower 3, narrowly missing a resident walking on the road below. It was only by sheer luck that no one was injured.

This is not an isolated incident. We continue to receive regular reports of garbage, diapers, and other waste materials being thrown from balconies. Most recently, a stool was thrown from an upper floor of Tower 11. These actions are not just irresponsible—they are life-threatening.

Let this serve as a final and strict warning:

Throwing any object from a height is strictly prohibited.

If anyone is found involved in such acts, we will immediately file a police complaint and take strict action per the law. Such behaviour endangers lives and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We urge all residents to act responsibly and report such incidents to the estate office without delay. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining the safety and dignity of our community.

For any questions or concerns, please contact the PRC Estate Administration Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or reach out to your estate manager at 8800190810, 9717291592, 8800190823, or 9311771103.

CIRCULAR NO 704 IMPORTANCE OF GARBAGE SEGREGATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY [20 May 2025]

Date: Tuesday, 20 May 2025

CIRCULAR NO. 704 IMPORTANCE OF GARBAGE SEGREGATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As part of our collective responsibility towards a cleaner and more sustainable community, we emphasize the critical need for garbage segregationProper waste management begins at home, and segregating waste into recyclables, organic, and non-recyclables is a small yet impactful step we can all take.

Garbage segregation plays a vital role in environmental conservation. By separating recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metals, we reduce the demand for raw resources and conserve energy. Organic waste, when segregated, can be composted into nutrient-rich soil, thereby reducing landfill volume and preventing the emission of harmful gases like methane. Unsorted garbage increases landfill waste and poses severe health risks by attracting pests and spreading diseases. All residents must adopt waste segregation practices to ensure a hygienic and safe living environment.

To enhance the effectiveness of this initiative, we urge every household to implement a waste segregation system at home. Set up clearly labeled bins for recyclables, organic waste, and non-recyclables, and ensure that all family members participate in this process. Starting immediately, the housekeeping staff will not collect garbage that has not been properly segregated. This step is essential to enforce responsible waste disposal practices across our community.

We also encourage you to raise awareness among your neighbors and friends about the benefits of segregation. Share how it contributes to a healthier environment and strengthens our community’s commitment to sustainability. By working together, we can ensure that Purvanchal Royal City becomes a model for environmentally conscious living.

Thank you for your cooperation in making waste segregation a success. Your continued support is crucial to maintaining a clean and green environment. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to the estate administration office. Together, we can ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.

If you have any questions regarding waste segregation, please contact the PRC Estate Administration Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or your estate manager at 9311771103, 9717291592, 8800190823, or 8800190810.

Let us work together to ensure a cleaner, greener future for ourselves and generations to come.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration

CIRCULAR NO. 703 Reminder – Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance [18 May 2025]

Date: Sunday, 18 May 2025

CIRCULAR NO. 703 Reminder – Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance

Dear Residents,

This is a serious and urgent reminder regarding fire safety compliance across the estate.

Over the past several months, the Estate Office has issued multiple notices and conducted inspections to ensure that each flat is adhering to the mandated fire safety norms. These norms are not optional—they are legally required safety measures designed to protect lives and property in a high-rise residential setting.

Unfortunately, a significant number of flats continue to remain non-compliant, particularly concerning the kitchen sprinkler systems and ceiling-mounted smoke detectors. In many instances, these crucial safety devices have been:

  • Covered by false ceilings or kitchen wardrobes
  • Obstructed by furniture or decorative elements
  • Tampered with or rendered inaccessible

Such modifications compromise the effectiveness of fire detection and suppression systems, putting at risk not only the residents of that flat but also the entire building and all its occupants.

We once again remind all residents of the following:

  • Do NOT cover, conceal, tamper with, or obstruct fire sprinklers or smoke detectors in any part of your flat.
  • If such modifications have already been made, you must remove the obstructions immediately.
  • Ensure that all fire safety systems remain fully accessible, visible, and functional at all times.

Please understand: fire safety is a collective responsibility. Your actions have direct implications for the well-being of your neighbours, and non-compliance is not only dangerous but also a punishable legal offence.

The Estate Office is closely monitoring the situation. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.

We urge all residents to take this matter with the seriousness it deserves and cooperate fully in ensuring that our community remains safe for everyone.

Thank you for your prompt attention and compliance.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration

CIRCULAR NO. 702 Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets [17 May 2025]

Date: Saturday, 17 May 2025

CIRCULAR NO. 702 Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well and safe.

We are writing to you with concern regarding a serious safety issue. Due to strong wind conditions yesterday, several flower pots placed on the balcony parapets fell to the ground floor. Fortunately, no one was injured, but these incidents highlight the real danger posed by unsecured items on balcony ledges.

Despite repeated reminders and the efforts of our security staff, some residents continue to place pots and decorative items on the edge of their balconies. In some cases, these items are even returned to the same unsafe positions after being removed by security guards. This practice not only endangers lives but also violates the safety directives issued by the Authority.

With immediate effect, all residents are requested to:

  • Remove any pots or items currently placed on balcony parapets or railing edges.
  • Keep such items securely within the inner floor area of the balcony.
  • Avoid repositioning these items once removed.

To protect everyone in our community, the security team will now carry out daily inspections, and any pots found on ledges will be removed without further notice.

We sincerely urge your cooperation. Continued disregard of this safety notice may lead to strict action, including fines or escalation to the relevant civic authorities.

If you happen to notice any violations, you can help by sharing a photograph along with flat and tower details via WhatsApp to the Estate Manager at:

+91-9717291592, 8800190810

Let’s work together to keep our society safe and secure for all residents.

Warm regards,

Circular No 701 Rainwater Harvesting Pit Cleaning – Your Cooperation Needed [16 May 2025]

Circular No. 701: Rainwater Harvesting Pit Cleaning – Your Cooperation Needed

Dear Residents,

We hope you're doing well.

We’d like to inform you that cleaning work for the rainwater harvesting pits has started across Purvanchal Royal City. We conduct this process twice a year to keep our rainwater system working properly and help recharge the groundwater efficiently.

To ensure smooth and safe operations, we kindly request your support with the following:

If your vehicle is parked near a rainwater harvesting pit, please move it temporarily.

This will help the cleaning team access the area without any obstruction and complete the job more efficiently.

Please advise elderly family members and senior citizens to avoid these areas while the work is ongoing. There may be open covers, wet surfaces, and equipment movement, which could be risky.

This is an important part of maintaining a healthy and sustainable environment in our community, and your cooperation makes a big difference.

Thank you for your continued support.

Circular No 700 Fire Safety Alert – Incident in Tower 2 and Non-Compliance by Some Flats [14 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 14 May 2025

Circular No. 700: Fire Safety Alert – Incident in Tower 2 and Non-Compliance by Some Flats

Dear Residents,

We wish to inform you about an important incident that occurred this morning in Tower 2. A fire broke out in the kitchen of one of the flats, but thanks to the properly installed and functional water sprinkler system, the fire was immediately brought under control. There was no damage most importantly, no one was harmed.

This incident demonstrates the critical role of fire safety systems, particularly in high-rise residential buildings like ours. The prompt activation of the kitchen sprinkler prevented the fire from spreading, protecting not just the concerned flat but also neighbouring flats and common areas.

We are sharing this with you not just to inform, but also to once again emphasize the importance of maintaining the fire detection and suppression systems in every flat. Unfortunately, despite repeated reminders and official communications, several flats continue to violate fire safety norms.

Over the past months, the Estate Office has issued multiple letters to specific residents whose kitchen sprinklers and ceiling-mounted fire detection devices have been covered or obstructed, usually by kitchen wardrobes, false ceilings, or other modifications. Our team has also made repeated visits to such flats to inspect and advise on corrective actions.

However, it is extremely concerning that in many of these flats, no corrective action has been taken. By covering or tampering with these systems, residents are not only risking their own lives and property but also endangering the lives of others in the building.

We would like to humbly but firmly remind all residents:

Do not cover or enclose fire sprinklers or smoke detectors.

If you have already done so, please rectify the issue immediately by removing any obstruction.

Ensure that all fire safety devices in your flat remain accessible, visible, and operational at all times.

Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Non-compliance with fire safety norms is a legal violation and a threat to public safety. If we do not see timely corrective action, the Estate Office will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the local Fire Department and concerned authorities.

Let us all act responsibly and do our part in keeping our community safe.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration

Circular No 699 Final Notice Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Ledges [14 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 14 May 2025

Circular No. 699: Final Notice Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Ledges

Dear Residents,

This is the final and strict notice to all residents regarding the unsafe and prohibited practice of placing flower pots and similar objects on balcony ledges and parapet walls.

Despite multiple circulars and active intervention by the security staff, it has come to our notice that certain residents continue to wilfully ignore the safety instructions by placing pots back on the ledges after removal. This is not only reckless and negligent, but it also puts lives at risk and is a clear violation of established safety norms and civic regulations.

Please be aware that, as per prevailing Authority guidelines:

  • Any injury, damage, or fatal incident caused by falling pots will result in direct legal liability for the flat owner concerned.
  • Such acts may lead to police complaints, legal prosecution, and penalties under relevant public safety laws.

To reiterate:

  • Do NOT place any flower pots, planters, or heavy objects on balcony/parapet edges under any circumstances.
  • Items found in violation will be removed immediately and without prior intimation.
  • Repeat offenders will face strict action, including monetary penalties and escalation to regulatory bodies.

Effective immediately, the security team has been instructed to conduct daily inspections and remove all pots found on ledges. This is being done in the interest of public safety.

We urge all residents to be vigilant. If you observe any such violations, please capture a photograph and send it with flat/block details via WhatsApp to the Estate Manager at +91-9717291592, 8800190810.

Help us spread awareness: please speak to your neighbors and ensure they are informed and compliant.

Safety is non-negotiable. We must act responsibly and collectively to maintain a secure environment for all residents.

We trust in your understanding and immediate cooperation.

Sincerely,

PRC Estate Administration

Circular No 693 – Reminder: Urgent Safety Notice on Pot Placement on Ledges [30 Apr 2025]

Date: Wednesday, April 30, 2025

Circular No. 693 – Reminder: Urgent Safety Notice on Pot Placement on Ledges

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to reiterate an important safety reminder regarding the placement of pots and other objects on window and balcony ledges within our residential complex.

Despite previous notices, we have observed that some residents continue to keep pots on ledges. While we understand the desire to enhance your living space with greenery, placing items on narrow or exposed ledges poses a serious safety hazard. These objects can fall, especially during strong winds or inclement weather, potentially causing severe injury or even fatal accidents to people below.

To prevent any such incidents, we urge all residents to immediately remove any pots or objects placed on ledges. We strongly recommend using safer alternatives such as indoor planters or the designated garden areas within PRC, where plants can be enjoyed without compromising safety.

As a necessary precaution, we have instructed the security team to remove any pots found on ledges.

If any resident notices pots placed on ledges, we request you to take a photo and forward it via WhatsApp along with the location details to our security team at +91 70650 54572.

We also request your cooperation in spreading this message among your neighbors to ensure collective awareness and compliance.

Let us all contribute to maintaining a safe and harmonious environment for every resident. Adhering to community guidelines is essential for the well-being of all.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Estate Office via email at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or speak with your Estate Manager at 8800190823, 8800190810, 9311771103, or 9717291592.

Thank you for your immediate attention and continued cooperation. Together, let’s make Purvanchal Royal City a truly safe and beautiful place to live.

Sincerely,

PRC Estate Administration
