Dear Residents,
We regret to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred last night at the swimming pool facility. A female resident was observed entering the women's washroom accompanied by her son, estimated to be around 13–14 years of age.
Despite the efforts of the on-duty security staff to intervene and advise against entry, the resident insisted and proceeded into the washroom. This action led to discomfort among other residents and resulted in a verbal disagreement at the facility.
We would like to remind all residents that our washroom and changing room facilities are designated strictly by gender, and we kindly request everyone to respect these boundaries for the privacy and safety of all users.
Your cooperation in following society rules ensures a safe and respectful environment for all. Let us work together to maintain the standards of our community.

Circular No. 691: Community Initiative – "Leftover Food Fridge" Now Available Near Tower 14
Dear Residents,
We are pleased to announce a thoughtful new initiative to reduce food waste and support those in need, both within and around our community. A brand-new fridge has been purchased and installed at the podium near Tower 14 for this purpose.
Purpose of the Fridge:
Every day, some of us end up with extra food that often goes to waste, while others, such as helpers, workers, and passers-by, may go hungry. This "Leftover Food Fridge" provides a simple and meaningful way to bridge that gap. If you have clean, leftover food that is still fresh and edible, you can place it in this fridge. Anyone in need is welcome to take food from it freely and without hesitation.
How It Works:
- Who can donate? Any resident with excess cooked or packaged food that is safe to consume.
- How to donate? Neatly pack the food in clean containers, label it with the date and time it was kept, and place it in the fridge.
- Who can take the food? Anyone in need—Maids, Drivers, society staff, delivery workers, laborers, or other individuals—can take food at any time.
Guidelines for Donating:
- Please ensure the food is hygienic, fresh, and safe to eat.
- Do not donate spoiled, stale, or long-stored items.
- Clearly label the container with the date and time of placement.
- Use reusable or disposable containers with proper lids to maintain cleanliness.
This initiative is rooted in compassion and community responsibility. We thank all residents for supporting this step toward a more thoughtful and inclusive environment.

To safeguard your homes and loved ones, and to support the community in managing electricity usage responsibly, we request that you kindly follow the guidelines below:
Air Conditioner Usage & Service
During peak summer, air conditioners are used extensively. However, running them continuously for long hours can result in overheating, increasing the risk of short circuits or even fire due to compressor sparks. We recommend switching off your AC units every 3–4 hours for a short duration to allow them to cool down. Additionally, Air conditioners are heavily relied upon during summer, but improper usage and lack of maintenance can pose serious hazards. Running ACs continuously for long hours can lead to overheating and increase the risk of short circuits or fire due to compressor sparks.
We cannot stress enough that regular AC servicing is very important. It ensures that your unit operates safely and efficiently, reduces power consumption, and extends the lifespan of the appliance.
 
Efficient Use of Electrical Appliances
Please make a conscious effort to turn off lights, fans, and other electrical devices when not in use. Conserving electricity not only helps reduce your energy bills but also eases the overall load on the power grid during high-demand periods.
 
Kitchen Chimney Maintenance
Chimneys tend to accumulate oil and grease, which, if left uncleaned, can become a significant fire hazard. We urge you to service your kitchen chimneys periodically to ensure proper functioning and eliminate the risk of ignition caused by built-up residue.

We are pleased to inform you that the swimming pool will be open for residents starting Friday, April 25, 2025. All swimmers must adhere to the guidelines displayed around the pool and strictly follow hygiene and safety protocols.
 
Swimming Pool Guidelines & Precautions
 
- Children under 14 years must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- Proper swimming attire (swimsuit and swim cap) is mandatory. Biometric entry is compulsory.
- Individuals with open wounds, infections, skin diseases, fever, cold, cough, or stomach ailments are strictly prohibited from entering the pool.
- Persons with dermatological conditions, blisters, or abrasions should seek medical advice before swimming.
- Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers. Regular diapers are not permitted.
- Shower before and after swimming. Avoid applying creams or lotions before entering the pool.
- Foot disinfection: Use the chlorine foot basin before entering the pool.
- Loungers & seating: Leave a towel to indicate an occupied seat.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the pool area. Glass containers are strictly prohibited.
- Avoid distracting lifeguards to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
- Running or rough play around the pool is not allowed. Parents must instruct children to walk carefully.
- Pool Closure: The swimming pool will remain closed every Thursday for deep cleaning and maintenance.
- Check-in & health screening: All visitors must register their details, like temperature and oxygen saturation, etc. 
- Bring your water bottles.
- Liability: The management will not be responsible for any injuries or lost belongings in the pool area.
- Health & Safety: Avoid swimming when hungry, exhausted, overheated, or immediately after a meal.

For recharging your DG meter online, you have two options:
iSociety App: The iSociety app offers a user-friendly interface and detailed, step-by-step instructions for recharging your DG meter. Alternatively, you can visit the estate office to recharge your meter.
To initiate the recharge process in the iSociety app, first, navigate to the account section. From there, select the electricity option and tap on the payment tab. Please enter the recharge amount, ensuring it is at least Rs. 500, then proceed to make the payment. A new tab will open where you can verify your details and press "Process to Pay." Choose your preferred payment method, and upon successful transaction, your recharge will be completed.
 
You can recharge an online platform on the NPCL website.
To recharge your NPCL meter online, please follow these straightforward steps:
Visit the NPCL website: https://www.noidapower.com/pre-paid-meter-recharge
Click on the "Generate New Coupon" option.
In the designated fields, input your consumer number, mobile number, and email address.
An OTP will be sent to your mobile number for validation.
Follow the prompts to select your recharge amount and preferred payment method.
Upon successful payment processing, your NPCL meter will be recharged, and you'll receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. After a successful recharge, you'll receive a recharge code. Enter this code into your display device using the format * 12345 123456 12332132 #.

As we transition into the new billing cycle, we would like to remind you that the maintenance charges are now due. Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional maintenance services, while upholding transparency and fairness, remains our top priority. In alignment with this principle, we are pleased to announce that the Management has once again decided to maintain the current maintenance charges at ₹3.70 per sq. ft. per month, without any increase for this period. This decision underscores our steadfast dedication to fostering trust and ensuring value for our residents by balancing affordability with the continued provision of high-quality services.
We are pleased to inform you that possession of Purvanchal Royal City Phase-2 was successfully delivered on time, with the Occupation Certificate issued by GNIDA on 15 December 2023. As per the original terms, maintenance charges for Phase 2 are applicable from 1 March each year, following a grace period of two and a half months.
However, in the spirit of goodwill, the Management has decided to align the maintenance start date for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Going forward, maintenance charges for both phases will now be applicable from 1st April each year, ensuring uniformity for all residents.
Additionally, we would like to thank the shop owners for their continued support in maintaining the complex. In line with our commitment to fairness and stability, the maintenance charges for commercial shops remain unchanged at Rs 20 per Sqft per month. We recognize the importance of your establishments in enhancing the convenience and vibrancy of our community, and we assure you of our continued efforts to maintain high-quality infrastructure and services for all.
The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached as “Annexure A & B”. Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat/shop mentioned in the attached “Annexure A & B” on or before 10.04.2025.
Your cooperation is solicited for timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you. Please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for the quarterly option, the dates of the cheques should be 10.04.2025, 10.07.2025, 10.10.2025, and 10.01.2026, and all four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2025.
If you make an online payment, the payment should be received on or before the due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:
In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2025, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days. After that, an appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest as mentioned above.
In case of cheque bounces, Rs. 500/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in place of the bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause “A” above after 10 days.

Dear Residents,
To promote a cleaner and more sustainable community, we emphasize the mandatory segregation of garbage at the source. Proper waste management begins at home, and separating waste into recyclables, organic, and non-recyclables is essential for environmental protection, improved recycling efficiency, and better hygiene.
Key Guidelines:
✅ Mandatory Segregation: Effective immediately, housekeeping staff will not collect unsegregated waste. Ensure waste is sorted into appropriate bins.
⏰ Collection Timing: Garbage will be collected once daily in the morning. Kindly place segregated waste in the designated van before the deadline.
⚠️ Non-Compliance: Failure to comply will result in non-collection, leading to hygiene concerns and possible penalties from local authorities.
