Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that the biometric system has been successfully implemented in Royal City Phase 1, and we will soon be introducing it in Phase 2. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, this system will also be extended to the basements of the towers in Phase 2 and the entrance gates of Tower 18.

The biometric system in Phase 2 will be operational from 5th November 2024.

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce the upcoming Navratri Festival at the Purvanchal Royal City Club Royale, beginning on Thursday, 3rd October 2024, and continuing until 12th October 2024. Please find the details below:

Daily Pooja and Aarti: A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, followed by Aarti throughout Navratri. Bhajans and Aarti will be conducted daily between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, some devotees will manage the decoration and upkeep of Akhand Jyoti. The hall will remain minimally lit overnight to maintain the Akhand Jyoti, with dedicated security personnel stationed 24/7. PRC devotees will manage Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prashad.

Prasad Distribution: The last date for notifying us about contributions for Prasad is September 25, 2024. Please contact your tower representative if you wish to make any voluntary contributions.

Maha Navami: On Wednesday, 11th October 2024.

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to inform you about an important initiative that aims to ensure the safety and well-being of our PRC. Our primary goal is to prevent the spread of dengue fever, a mosquito-borne illness that can be quite debilitating.

In our continuous effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue Prevention Program. This program involves a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and proliferation of dengue-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.

Program Details:

1. Scheduled Visit by Prevention Team:

Starting from 10-09-2024, a dedicated team of professionals will be visiting each apartment within the complex to carry out comprehensive mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides. They will focus on treating potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.

2. Common Area Treatment:

Apart from individual apartments, the common areas of our apartment complex will also undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes treating shared spaces such as lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and other community spaces.

3. Safety Measures:

Rest assured that the insecticides used in this program are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as an additional precaution, we recommend that residents keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The preventive team will also guide any other necessary safety measures during their visit.
