Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well. This is a reminder regarding the critical issue of kitchen sinks installed in the kitchen lobby and their connection to the rainwater harvesting line.

As previously communicated, some residents have connected the waste pipelines of their kitchen sinks to the rainwater harvesting line, causing damage to the bore of the rainwater harvesting system. Immediate action is required to rectify this situation.

We kindly remind all residents who have installed their kitchen sinks in the kitchen lobby and connected them to the rainwater harvesting line to relocate them to their original locations within the next 10 days, as the initial 15-day period is nearing its end.

We have taken steps to re-bore the rainwater harvesting system to ensure its proper functioning. However, to prevent further damage and ensure efficient water recycling, the kitchen sinks must be relocated to their original positions.

We understand the convenience of having the kitchen sink in the kitchen lobby however, it is our collective responsibility to maintain the integrity of our rainwater harvesting system. Failure to comply with this request may result in additional maintenance costs for the community.

We sincerely urge all affected residents to cooperate with us in this matter and take prompt action to relocate their kitchen sinks.

We are delighted to inform you that the relocation process for some residents in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, and 17 has been completed. We extend our sincere appreciation for your cooperation and patience during this transition.

As you may recall, we had previously allowed interior work on Sundays to enable earlier move-ins for residents, as stated on the Contractor Form (which specifies "Sunday work not allowed"). In response to feedback from the residents, we are now reinforcing our Sunday Rest Policy, effective from next Sunday onwards. This decision prioritizes a peaceful environment for all residents, aligning with our existing policy.

This decision aims to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all residents. Therefore, no laborers will be allowed to perform any work in the flats on Sundays. We believe this policy will greatly benefit our community and provide a much-needed break for everyone.

Circular No 608 –PRC Annual Sports Carnival adds one more event Tug of War

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you in excellent health and safety. We are thrilled to announce that the PRC Annual Sports Carnival has added an exciting new category - Tug of War! This fantastic addition offers a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, engage in some friendly competition, and nurture our community spirit. We look forward to seeing you all participate and make this event a memorable one!

We invite residents to assemble teams of Eight members, either all men or all women, to participate in our upcoming event. Please note that the total weight of each team must not exceed the designated limit for their respective category. To secure your team's spot, kindly submit the registration form, complete with the names of all team members, by July 25, 2024. We look forward to receiving your entries!

The game involves the use of a single piece of equipment: a rope. A red mark is made in the middle of the rope, which needs to be at a perpendicular angle to the exact center point on the ground before the commencement of the game. A white mark is made exactly 13 feet from the red mark on either side of the rope. The game is won when either side with this white mark crosses the center point.

To play the game, the center of the rope should align with the center marked on the ground. When the referee blows the whistle, each team can start pulling the rope into their territory. The game's objective is for each team to pull the rope, along with the opposing team members, to their side. As soon as the second mark on the rope from the center red mark crosses over to the center line, the team that pulls the rope to their area wins the game.

The tug-of-war competition requires a judge who will give three commands to the players. The judge first announces “Pick up the rope,” then says “Take the strain,” and finally tells the players to “Pull.” Once the pull command is given, the teams start pulling the rope. If a team member falls, that member is given a caution. Each team is allowed two cautions before getting disqualified.

Tug-of-war competitions are organized into weight classes where each team of eight pullers must not exceed a certain weight. * A minimum of 4 teams per weight class is required to allow the match to take place.

Category: Women Weight class: 500 kg, 540 kg

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is of utmost importance to us. In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must always cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors.

We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.

Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at times, including cycles, flower pots, etc., as per the requirement of the Fire Department for quick rescue operations in case of a fire incident. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

We are pleased to announce a new initiative aimed at providing a more inclusive and comfortable environment for all our community members. Starting on 8th July 2024, we will be introducing a special time slot for ladies at our community swimming pool.

The new pool schedule will be as follows:

Morning: 

For All Categories: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Ladies: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Evening:

Ladies: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

For All Categories: 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM

During the designated ladies' time slots, the pool area will be accessible only to female residents. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that everyone feels welcome and can enjoy the facilities in a manner that suits their preferences.

The lifeguards and ladyguards are already available during these periods. Additionally, we are in the process of finding a female lifeguard to further enhance the comfort and security of these dedicated time slots. If you know any qualified female lifeguards, please pass the reference to us.

Please note the following important rules and updates regarding pool usage:

  • Guests are not allowed directly in the swimming pool and gym. Residents must collect a pass for their guests from the estate office between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests will only be allowed in the swimming pool and gym after obtaining the pass
  • As per our earlier circulars, children below 14 years are not allowed in the pool without their parents or guardian

We hope that this new schedule will be beneficial for those who prefer a more private and relaxed swimming environment. Please note that these time slots will be strictly enforced to maintain the intended privacy and comfort.

As security is a concern, we have issued a final notice to the security agency to improve its services with immediate effect and ensure strict compliance with the norms of security and safety of residents of the complex. Failing this, we will be compelled to terminate the security services agency. If the security agency fails to improve its services we will terminate them.

As the developer and maintenance agency of Royal City, we are committed to serving you to the best of our abilities.

Here it is also important to inform all of you that we don’t have any kind of reservation regarding the formation of AOA by the residents of Royal City we our self in view that AOA should be formed in the Royal City Community as early as possible we are only waiting for the sifting of reasonable numbers of Resident in Royal City – phase II Since Royal City- phase II handing over is going on and it is expected that good numbers of residents sifting will be completed within 6 months So, we are in a view that we will hold a General Body meeting with residents of Phase I & II and after proper discussion with maximum numbers of residents of the entire complex we our self-will facilitate the Resident to form a proper and legal AOA. However, if you are in a hurry to form the AOA of Royal City, we don’t have any kind of reservation regarding this you may form it any time as per your wish we are ready to facilitate whatever you need from us.

During this period, the NPCl supply will be temporarily unavailable. However, to minimize inconvenience, power will be supplied through our generator. We request all residents to ensure that their DG meters are in a positive balance to facilitate a smooth transition and avoid any disruption in the power supply.
