As we approach the end of the current Cultural Committee's tenure, it is time to begin forming the next committee to continue fostering a vibrant and inclusive community culture. The Cultural Committee has played a crucial role in organizing events, celebrations, and activities that have brought joy and a sense of togetherness to our community. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the outgoing committee members for their dedication and hard work.
We suggest forming a new committee with two representatives from each tower, tasked with overseeing cultural activities in the PRC. The distinctive feature of this arrangement is the inclusion of both a female and a male representative, aiming to ensure gender diversity and equitable representation. The primary responsibility assigned to this committee is the oversight of cultural activities within the PRC. By structuring the committee in this manner, the intention is to foster a balanced and inclusive approach to cultural initiatives, promoting a broader range of perspectives and experiences. This not only emphasizes a commitment to gender equality but also reflects a dedication to cultivating a rich and diverse cultural environment within the PRC.
The membership of the PRC Cultural Committee is open to any person or firm who has purchased and currently resides in a dwelling unit in Purvanchal Royal City and shall become a member of the PRC Cultural Committee. Only the active PRC Cultural Committee is authorized to conduct cultural activities/events, irrespective of caste/religion or reservations.
We request that interested flat owners complete the form for the cultural committee by downloading it from the iSociety app, estate office WhatsApp, and telegram group and submitting it to the estate office by Feb. 15, 2024. The nomination of the said unit owner for the Cultural Committee shall be supported and duly signed by at least 20 flat owners from the same tower. In the event of multiple requests from the same tower, the selection will be made by the draw of lots by the applicants in the presence of the estate office.
General Terms & Conditions:
- The meeting of the Culture Committee should be convened with 7 days' notice by the members of the Culture Committee at their registered cell phone number via WhatsApp.
- The meeting will be brief. A meeting of the cultural committee can be called at short notice, subject to the following conditions: If the cultural committee is required to have an urgent function, at least 11 members are required. In the absence of such meetings, the decision made at such meetings shall be circulated to all members of the Cultural Committee. It shall be final only upon ratification by at least 11 members.
- A quorum was present at the meeting of the Culture Committee with a total of 11 members. If a committee meeting cannot be held due to a lack of a quorum, the meeting shall automatically adjourn to the same time and place the following week. If the committee has no quorum, the remaining members may meet with the estate office and decide.
- Cultural committee members must attend at least one monthly meeting to continue their membership. Please find the attached form for nominations.

The safety and well-being of all residents are of utmost importance to us, and we strive to create a secure and comfortable environment for everyone. It has been observed that some residents have been keeping pots and other objects on ledges outside their windows or balconies after repeated reminders, which poses a significant risk to both individuals and the community as a whole.
While we understand the desire to add a touch of greenery or utilize space efficiently, it is crucial to recognize the potential hazards associated with placing pots on ledges. The weight and instability of these objects can lead to accidents, especially during inclement weather conditions or when strong winds are present. A falling pot or object from a significant height can cause severe injuries to individuals below and may even be fatal.
We strongly urge you to remove any pots or objects from the ledges immediately. Instead, we encourage you to explore safer alternatives such as utilizing indoor planters or garden spaces designated within the PRC where plants can be nurtured without compromising safety.
Furthermore, we kindly request your cooperation in reminding your neighbors and fellow residents about the importance of adhering to this safety guideline. We can create a secure living environment that benefits everyone by working together.

Taking place on the night before Makar Sankranti, Lohri marks the passing of the Winter Solstice and symbolizes the anticipation of longer days as the sun moves towards the northern hemisphere.
During Lohri, a customary bonfire is lit, and people offer prayers for a bountiful harvest, expressing gratitude for the prosperity it brings to their families. accompanied by dancing and singing popular folk songs.
We are delighted to announce that the PRC Cultural Committee has organized a Lohri celebration for all residents on January 13, 2024, at 7 pm. Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to resident safety, we are writing to inform you about a crucial matter about the fire evacuation system within our community.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is of utmost importance to us. In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors at all times.
We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.
Together, we can create a secure and protected environment for all residents. Your commitment to maintaining clear pathways will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our community. Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at all times, of cycles, flower pots, etc. as per the requirement of the Fire Department, for quick rescue operation in case of a fire incident. The fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. They can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.
Therefore, we kindly request your utmost attention to the following guidelines:
- Keep Common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and any other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
- Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
- Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
- Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede the evacuation routes.
 
By adhering to these guidelines, you will help us maintain a safe and secure living environment for all residents. Your cooperation is vital in reducing potential hazards and ensuring that our fire evacuation system functions optimally during an emergency.

Circular No 540– Winter Closure of the Swimming Pool
Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change in our PRC amenities. As winter approaches, it's time to prepare for the closure of our swimming pool for the season.
Effective November 6, 2023, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed for the winter season. This seasonal closure is a necessary step to ensure the safety of our residents and the proper maintenance of the pool during the colder months. The pool will remain closed throughout the winter and will be reopened in the next season, allowing everyone to enjoy it once again when the weather is more conducive to outdoor swimming.
During this time, the pool area will undergo routine maintenance and preparations to ensure it is in excellent condition when we reopen in the spring. Our maintenance team will also conduct necessary inspections and repairs to guarantee the pool's safety and functionality.
We understand that the swimming pool is a beloved amenity for many of our residents, and we share your enthusiasm for its use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all. In the meantime, we encourage you to take advantage of other community amenities and activities, which will continue to be available throughout the winter season.
We will keep you updated on the exact date of the pool's reopening as the next season approaches. Circular No 538– Reminder – Regarding the use of Firecrackers
Dear Residents,
We hope this letter finds you well. As we approach the festive season, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone about the importance of safety and consideration for our fellow residents in our community.
The use of firecrackers and fireworks, especially within the confines of a residential building or in common areas, poses a significant risk to our safety and well-being. While we understand the joy and excitement that comes with celebrating various occasions, we must also be mindful of the potential hazards these activities can create.
Firecrackers are not only disruptive but can also cause harm, both to individuals and property. They have the potential to start fires, damage structures, and, in some cases, lead to severe injuries. Moreover, the loud noises can be distressing to neighbors and can cause undue stress to senior citizens, young children, Pets, and those with medical conditions.
In light of these concerns, we kindly request all residents to refrain from using firecrackers and fireworks within the flat or tower areas and common spaces of Purvanchal Royal City. It is of utmost importance that we prioritize the safety and comfort of all residents.
Please be aware that using firecrackers in violation of this request not only endangers your fellow residents but also breaches the rules and regulations of our community. In case of continued non-compliance, we may have no option but to report such incidents to the police to ensure the safety and well-being of the PRC.
Let us work together to create a harmonious and safe living environment for everyone in our community. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
