We have received nominations for 5 teams in the Leather ball category and 9 in the Cosco ball category. The response has been overwhelming, and we are thrilled to see such enthusiasm for cricket in our PRC.

We kindly request that all nominated individuals review the list carefully to ensure that everything is accurate and up-to-date. Your name should be on the list if you have been nominated, and if there are any updates or corrections needed, please let us know as soon as possible.

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. It brings me great pleasure to announce the upcoming Janmashtami celebration in the PRC, a festival that holds immense cultural and spiritual significance for many of our residents.

Date: 7th September 2023 - Time: 8 PM -12 PM - Location: Club House

Janmashtami, also known as Lord Krishna's birthday, is celebrated with fervor and enthusiasm by millions around the world. It is a time to reflect upon the teachings of Lord Krishna, who exemplified virtues like love, compassion, and wisdom. We believe that celebrating this festival together can not only enhance our understanding of our rich culture but also foster a sense of unity and togetherness within our community.

We have planned a variety of activities and events to make this Janmashtami celebration a memorable one. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

1. Puja and Mangala Aarti: We will commence the celebration with a traditional puja and aarti to seek the blessings of Lord Krishna.
2. Cultural Performances: There will be cultural performances showcasing the life and stories of Lord Krishna. Residents of all ages are encouraged to participate and showcase their talents. 
3. The ‘Dahi-Handi’ celebration will also be there. Little ones are requested to come in the get-up of Radha Krishna as we are celebrating the Janam divas of Lord Krishna. This celebration aims to bring awareness among the children of their traditional customs. So, all are kindly requested to grace the event with your gracious presence. 
4. A bhajan mandali will be there.
5. Prasad Distribution: Delicious prasad, a sacred offering, will be distributed to all attendees as a symbol of the blessings and abundance that Lord Krishna represents.
6. Decorations: Our Clubhouse will be adorned with vibrant decorations to create a festive atmosphere.

In observance of Raksha Bandhan, we would like to inform you about the upcoming closure of our estate office and clubhouse. Please note that both the estate office and clubhouse will be closed on Wednesday, 30th August 2023.

During this period, we understand that you may have queries, concerns, or service requests. We encourage you to use our iSociety app and the IVR system at +91-9667887388 to drop your concerns. However, we must inform you that due to limited support team availability during these holidays, there might be some delays in resolving issues. We kindly request your patience and cooperation in such cases as we work diligently to address your needs.

Circular No 525– Formation of PRC Resident Committee for Enhanced Coordination and Communication

Dear Residents,

We hope this message finds you well and thriving. We are reaching out to discuss a matter of utmost importance that concerns each and every one of us in this vibrant community.

Our shared objective is to strengthen our collaborative efforts and establish a more streamlined approach to tending to the diverse needs and aspirations of our community. With great enthusiasm, we present the proposal for forming a PRC Resident Committee — a step that holds immense potential in overseeing various dimensions of the PRC's maintenance and collective well-being.

The mission of the PRC Resident Committee:

The central mission of the PRC Resident Committee is to create a unified platform that amplifies the voices of all residents, ensuring not only that their concerns are heard but also that they are effectively addressed. By assembling representatives from different towers and sectors within our complex, we aim to cultivate a comprehensive strategy for managing maintenance, amenities, and community affairs.

Composition and Structure of the Committee:

The Resident Committee will comprise 44 flat owners, ensuring balanced representation from every tower. To attain this representation, we kindly request at least one flat owner from each tower to step forward and actively participate in this committee. We firmly believe that this diverse composition will enrich our decision-making process and foster inclusivity across the board.

Validity TERMS:

This committee will be in effect for the upcoming twelve months. Following this duration, the committee's status will be reviewed, and its composition will be revised using the same procedure.

Nomination Process:

If you are inclined to contribute to the enhancement of our community through active engagement with the PRC Resident Committee, we encourage you to complete the nomination form available for download on the iSociety app. Once you've filled it out, kindly submit the form to the estate office by no later than September 7th, 2023.

To uphold a transparent and equitable selection process, the nomination of a flat owner for the committee should carry the endorsement and signatures of at least ten additional residents from the same tower. In cases where multiple nominations arise from the same tower, the final selection will be determined through a lottery system overseen by the estate office and conducted in the presence of all applicants.

Enclosed within this message, you'll find the nomination form accompanied by all necessary instructions. We earnestly request all interested flat owners to diligently complete the form and submit it within the stipulated timeframe. Your active involvement holds the key to cultivating an organized and harmonious living environment for every resident of the PRC.

Circular No 522– Reminder – Water Tank Cleaning Schedule 

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we are writing to inform you about the upcoming tank cleaning at our residential complex.

We understand the importance of a clean water supply for our residents, and regular maintenance of the water tanks is vital to ensure the quality and safety of the water we consume. This procedure will be carried out by our dedicated cleaning staff on a regular basis, occurring approximately every 3 to 4 months.

During the cleaning process, the water supply to the building will be temporarily disrupted for safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly request your cooperation during this essential maintenance work. We recommend that you store an adequate amount of water for your daily needs before the scheduled cleaning.

The schedule of cleaning is stated below.

During the cleaning process, there may be a temporary disruption in the water supply within your unit for a brief period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request your cooperation and understanding during this time. Our maintenance team will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and complete the process as quickly as possible.

To ensure the cleaning process is effective and to avoid any potential issues, we kindly request your assistance in the following ways:

1. Store Water: Please ensure that you store enough water for your essential needs before the scheduled cleaning begins
2. Inform Your Neighbors: Please inform your neighbors about the tank cleaning schedule to ensure everyone is aware and can make necessary arrangements
3. Before the scheduled cleaning date, please ensure that all taps, faucets, and valves within your unit are securely closed to prevent any water leakage
4. Refrain from using water during the cleaning process to avoid any contamination. It is advisable to store an adequate supply of water for your immediate needs
5. Once the cleaning is completed, please run the water taps for a few minutes to flush out any remaining sediments before using the water for drinking or cooking purposes
6. Please drain the first water (which is likely to be muddy) immediately after cleaning. Open all taps in the kitchen & bathrooms after tank cleaning for 3-4 Minutes
7. Please put off your water purifiers. Use water only after the flow of reddish water stops

We assure you that every effort will be made to complete the cleaning process within the scheduled time frame, and we will restore the water supply as soon as the cleaning is completed and deemed safe for consumption.

Circular No 521– Upcoming Dengue Prevention Program 

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to inform you about an important initiative that aims to ensure the safety and well-being of our PRC. Our primary goal is to prevent the spread of dengue fever, a mosquito-borne illness that can be quite debilitating.

In our continuous effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue Prevention Program. This program involves a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and proliferation of dengue-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.

Program Details:

1. Scheduled Visit by Prevention Team:

Starting from 13-08-2023, a dedicated team of professionals will be visiting each apartment within the complex to carry out comprehensive mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides. They will focus on treating potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.

2. Common Area Treatment:

Apart from individual apartments, the common areas of our apartment complex will also undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes the treatment of shared spaces such as lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and other community spaces.

3. Safety Measures:

Rest assured that the insecticides used in this program are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as an additional precaution, we recommend that residents keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The preventive team will also provide guidance on any other necessary safety measures during their visit.

4. Cooperation Request:

We kindly request your full cooperation during the program implementation. Our goal is to create a mosquito-free environment for all residents, and your support in this endeavor is greatly appreciated. Upcoming Sports Competitions for Badminton, tennis, and Squash

The Purvanchal Estate Office and residents of the PRC are excited to organize an inter-age group sports competition for Badminton, Tennis, and Squash, starting on August 12, 2023.

This much-anticipated event aims to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie among our esteemed residents. We firmly believe that sports not only provide recreation but also foster strong bonds within our community.

Event Details:

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT: August 12, 2023

AGE CATEGORIES: All age groups are welcome to participate! We will have separate categories for kids, teens, adults, and seniors.

REGISTRATION: Registration will open through the underline link. Please ensure you register in time to secure your spot in the competition.

SPORTS CATEGORIES: The competition will feature Badminton, Tennis, and Squash. Participants can register for one or more sports, depending on their interests and abilities.

We encourage all residents, regardless of their level of experience or skill, to wholeheartedly participate. The goal is not just to win but to engage in healthy competition, embrace the spirit of sportsmanship, and have fun.

This event will provide an excellent opportunity for our community to come together, cheer for our talented athletes, and celebrate the joy of sports. We also encourage families and friends to attend and support the participants during the matches.

Circular No 516– Resumption and successful repair of IGL Gas pipeline

Dear Residents,

I hope this letter finds you all in good health and spirits. I am writing to share some important news regarding the recent incident of a gas pipeline leakage near our community.

We would like to inform you that the IGL (Indraprastha Gas Limited) gas service has been successfully resumed. The diligent efforts of our maintenance team, along with the swift response and expertise of the IGL team, have ensured the timely repair of the gas pipeline leakage near our premises.

The safety of our residents has always been our utmost priority, and we took immediate action upon detecting the gas pipeline leakage. The repair work was carried out efficiently, and I am pleased to announce that the issue has been resolved.

We understand that this incident may have caused some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption it may have caused to your daily routines. However, we are relieved to report that the gas service has been fully restored, and you can now use your gas appliances and services as usual.

Circular No 515–Important Notice Regarding IGL GAS Pipeline near Tower 6

Dear Residents,

I hope this letter finds you all in good health and spirits. I am writing to inform you about a recent incident that occurred near Tower 6. There was a leakage detected in the IGL (Indraprastha Gas Limited) gas pipeline and immediate action has been taken to address the situation.

Upon detecting the leakage, our maintenance team promptly contacted the authorities, and the IGL team arrived on-site to assess the situation. I am pleased to inform you that the repair work has already commenced, and the experts have assured us that the issue will be resolved promptly.

However, please be informed that the repair process will take approximately two hours to complete. During this time the Gas service will not be available in Towers 5, 6, 7, 14 15. 

Gas Service Will Resumed tentatively at 12:30 PM. 

The safety and well-being of our residents are our utmost priority, and we are committed to resolving this issue as swiftly as possible. Rest assured, our team will be closely monitoring the repair process to ensure it is carried out efficiently and without any compromise on safety.

Circular No 513–Dog bite incident and mandatory dog leash policy

Dear Residents,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to inform you about an incident that recently occurred within our complex and to bring your attention to an important matter regarding the safety and well-being of our PRC.

On 17-07-2023, a regrettable incident took place where a resident was bitten by an unleashed dog within our premises. While we are relieved to report that the resident is receiving proper medical attention and is expected to recover fully, this unfortunate event highlights the need for stricter regulations regarding pet ownership within our community.

We value the safety and comfort of every resident in our complex, including our beloved pets. To ensure a harmonious living environment and prevent any such incidents from occurring in the future, we are implementing a mandatory dog leash policy effective immediately. This policy requires all dog owners to keep their pets on a leash whenever they are outside their homes or in common areas within the complex.

Here are some key points to remember regarding the new policy:

• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the owner's residence, including walks within the complex premises and common areas.
• Leashes should be of appropriate length and strength to ensure the dog remains under control and is unable to reach or harm others.
• Dog owners are responsible for properly disposing of their pet's waste in designated areas and maintaining cleanliness.
• We strongly encourage all residents to report any violations of the dog leash policy to the Estate office or the security team.

By implementing this mandatory dog leash policy, we aim to create a safer environment for everyone and promote responsible pet ownership.
