I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to inform you about an upcoming important activity in our society, which concerns the testing and safety inspection of the internal gas pipeline in your flats.

At Purvanchal Royal City, we place paramount importance on the safety and well-being of our residents. As part of our commitment to ensuring a secure and efficient gas supply system, we have scheduled an inspection of the internal gas pipelines within the flats and the common area. This inspection is essential to identify any potential issues and address them proactively, guaranteeing the continuous safety and reliable functioning of the gas supply in our society.

To carry out this inspection and testing process, we have partnered with the Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) team, known for their expertise and dedication to safety in gas pipeline systems. The IGL team will be visiting our society from 17-7-2023 between 9:00 Am to 3:00 PM. Their highly trained professionals will conduct thorough checks of the gas pipelines within each flat to ensure everything is in proper working condition.

Here's what you can expect during the visit:

  1. The IGL team will arrive at your flat during the scheduled time slot to perform the inspection.
  2. They will require access to the main gas meter, so please ensure it is easily accessible.
  3. The team will conduct necessary tests and checks on the gas pipeline system.
  4. If any issues are detected during the inspection, the IGL team will communicate them to you and the necessary steps will be taken to rectify the problems promptly.

We kindly request your cooperation during this visit to ensure the smooth execution of the inspection process. Please make sure someone is available at your flat during the scheduled time to provide access to the gas meter and answer any queries the IGL team might have.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is of utmost importance to us. In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors at all times.

We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.

Together, we can create a secure and protected environment for all residents. Your commitment to maintaining clear pathways will contribute to the overall safety and well-being of our community. Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at all times, of cycles, flower pots, etc. as per the requirement of the Fire Department, for quick rescue operation in case of a fire incident. The fire department team keeps coming to inspect this aspect, frequently. They can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

Therefore, we kindly request your utmost attention to the following guidelines:

  • Keep Common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and any other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
  • Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
  • Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
  • Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede the evacuation routes.

By adhering to these guidelines, you will help us maintain a safe and secure living environment for all residents. Your cooperation is vital in reducing potential hazards and ensuring that our fire evacuation system functions optimally during an emergency.

The Greater Noida Authority has raised the Advanced water bill from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024. All individual flat owners need to pay the water charges.

in case of delay in payment after 25.07.2023, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days. Afterward, appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest mentioned above.

In case of cheque bounces for any reason Rs. 300/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in lieu of bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned above after 10 days.

Due to the heavy wind and rain experienced yesterday, our swimming pool encountered an unexpected accumulation of debris and dirt. To ensure the health and safety of all our residents, it has become necessary to conduct a thorough cleaning and maintenance process. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the pool will remain closed for an additional two days.

We apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may cause to your routine. However, this measure is essential to maintain the integrity of the pool water and prevent potential health risks. By carrying out the cleaning process diligently, we aim to provide you with a clean and enjoyable swimming experience upon reopening.

We kindly request your cooperation and understanding during this period. For the safety of all residents, we urge you to refrain from accessing the pool area until the cleaning process has been completed and the pool has been declared safe for use. We are delighted to share the news of the successful completion of the recent larvicide treatment in every flat within Purvanchal Royal City. This accomplishment marks an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide a pest-free and healthy living environment for all residents.

We understand that this treatment may have caused some disruption to your daily lives, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. However, we firmly believe that this step was crucial to protect your health and safety from mosquito-borne diseases.

In the coming days, we will be initiating pesticide treatment in the drains, sewers, and other common areas of the complex. This treatment aims to eradicate adult mosquitoes that might be present in those areas.

Successful Yoga Day Celebration at the Clubhouse [21 Jun 2023]

On this auspicious occasion of International Yoga Day, our PRC came together to celebrate the numerous physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga. The event was organized by the PRC Estate Office and PRC Cultural Committee in collaboration with the support and participation of dedicated residents like yourselves.

The celebration commenced in the morning with an invigorating yoga session led by an experienced yoga instructor. Residents of all ages and fitness levels actively took part, creating an atmosphere of unity and well-being. Further to our previous circular regarding DG recharge, we would like to remind you that the DG meter has been operational since 15-09-2021.

As you are aware, our metering system operates on a pay-as-you-use basis. It is essential that you recharge your generator meter to avoid any disruption in your electricity supply. This ensures that you can continue to enjoy uninterrupted power backup during times of electricity outages or load shedding.

To comply with the requirements of the system, please note the following:

  1. Recharge Amount: You are required to purchase electricity according to your needs. The minimum recharge value is Rs. 500/-, and you can recharge up to a maximum of Rs. 2500/- in advance.
  2. Recharge Options: Recharging your generator meter is convenient and hassle-free. You can recharge the meter through the iSociety app, which provides a user-friendly interface and step-by-step instructions. Alternatively, you can also visit the estate office to recharge your meter.
  3. Real-Time Monitoring: We are pleased to inform you that the iSociety app offers live data from your meter, allowing you to track your electricity consumption and monitor the remaining balance.

It is crucial to emphasize that the meter balance should not fall into a negative figure, as our system is designed to automatically disconnect the supply when this occurs. To prevent any inconvenience or disruption, we strongly urge you to recharge your generator meter on time.

During the specified time, our trained technicians will be visiting the designated areas to apply larvicide to standing water sources that are potential breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Larvicides are environmentally friendly and specifically designed to target mosquito larvae, effectively reducing their population and preventing the spread of diseases.

If you have any outdoor water containers, such as buckets, flower pots, clothes, etc. please empty them before the scheduled spray to allow the larvicide to be applied effectively. This will further enhance the control of mosquito breeding sites on your Flat.

Keep your windows and doors closed during the spraying, if possible, to minimize exposure to the spray. If you or any family members have respiratory sensitivities or allergies, we advise you to remain indoors while the spraying takes place. If you have pets, it is advisable to bring them indoors or keep them away from the treated areas until the larvicide has settled.

Circular No 500– Firefighting Awareness

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community, we are writing to you today to raise awareness about the importance of fire safety and preparedness.

Fires can occur unexpectedly and can have devastating consequences, putting lives at risk and causing extensive damage to properties. However, with the right knowledge and preventive measures, we can minimize the risk of fires and be better prepared to handle emergencies. It is our collective responsibility as residents to ensure that our homes and community are safe from the threat of fire.

As you may be well aware that the firefighting equipment is fitted/kept in each tower and at the selected places in the entire complex and is fully operational.  To create awareness among the residents about the preventive measures and action to be taken in case of any unfortunate fire incident, action plans are briefly explained as follows.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES

  1. Do not keep any inflammable material like petrol, diesel, or kerosene in your house
  2. Keep the matchbox/gas lighters beyond the reach of your children
  3. Do not throw burning cigarette buts anywhere in the house, lobby and common areas, etc.
  4. Do not use electrical gadgets without plugs and sockets
  5. Turn the gas burner off immediately after use and never use damaged gas rubber pipes. Also, do not allow small children to cook themselves
  6. You should get your chimney inspected or cleaned at least once a year
  7. Get the naked/loose electrical wires repaired to avoid any short circuits
  8. Also, keep educating your children about the above points periodically

PRE – EVACUATION PROCEDURES

  1. All residents shall familiarize themselves with the location of firefighting equipment kept/fitted in their towers/floors.                     
  2. Know the location of the exits and select a primary and a secondary exit for escape. Fire exits have been properly marked in each tower with “FIRE EXIT” signs, which glow during darkness. And know your fire assembly areas. 
  3. Know how to activate the fire alarm using a manual call box fitted on each floor and who should be called for immediate help on Emergency telephone numbers recognize the sound of the fire alarm and proceed to the fire exit whenever the fire alarm is heard.
  4. Keep in mind, where to move their two/four wheelers in case of fire in their locality.                 
  5. Remain in your FIRE ASSEMBLY AREA till the fire is controlled and do not interfere with the work of firefighting agencies. Extend help only when it is asked for.

DISCOVERING A FIRE OR SMELLING SMOKE

  1. First, use the Panic Button in the Isociety app, inform to tower guard and immediate neighbors for help give your floor and flat number and activate the fire alarm by pulling down the manual call box fitted on each floor in the lift lobby area.
  2. Try to douse the fire yourselves but never use water for an electric fire first put the main electric MCB off and close the windows/doors of the rooms to stop the fire from spreading to the complete house/building.                           
  3. If the smoke is too much stay low and take short breaths until you reach the area of refuge. 
  4. If your clothes catch fire, do not run, drop to the ground, or roll back and forth to kill the flames. Assist others if their clothing caught fire, in the same way.
  5. If the intensity of the fire is too much, follow the Emergency evacuation procedure but do not use the lifts.

THE FIRE EVACUATION PLAN -On receipt of a fire alarm or discovery of fire or smoke, begin the evacuation of the building to the FIRE ASSEMBLY AREA as under.

  1. If you discover the fire or see billowing smoke inform the tower guard and security at the main gate. Close all doors and windows behind you especially doors of burning or smoke-filled rooms to slow down the spread of fire.
  2. Proceed to FIRE EXIT and go quickly and calmly to the ground floor and exit. If due to a blockade of fire exit use secondary EXIT, and also assist those trapped persons who require help.
  3. Do not go to the roof or above the burning floor unless necessary.
  4. In all instances follow the directions of fire and security personnel. Do not return to the building till the time clearance is given by the fire or security personnel.                                     

Dear Residents Abovementioned procedures are only guidelines, which may be partially varied by fire or security personnel depending upon the prevailing circumstances. We earnestly request all residents to go through these instructions and educate your family members also accordingly.

Also, there is a requirement of a minimum of two volunteers from each tower, who would be trained by the Estate office for helping residents in such eventualities. Volunteers may give their names to Estate Office at the earliest.

When the lease agreements of tenants in this complex are examined, it is discovered that the date of their lease agreement has expired in certain cases. In such circumstances, impacted renters are considered to be illegally present.

Their lease agreements may have been renewed but a copy has not been submitted to the estate office. All affected owners/tenants are asked to double-check the lease agreement dates of their tenants. If the date has already passed and the tenants are still living there, the leases should be renewed immediately, and copies given to the estate office to update their records. Those who have already renewed their lease agreements but have not yet handed over a copy to the estate office are asked to do so by June 5, 2023.

In the failure of which Estate Office of PRC shall be constrained to stop all services, isociety app, club entry, etc. concerning the said flat and shall further notify the concerned police station, to the effect that the said flat is being occupied by persons of whom no details are available with estate office. therefore, in case of any security concerns raised by the concerned police stations, you alone shall be solely responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.
