Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that Purvanchal Royal City’s dedicated rental support team, which has been serving the community for several years, has now expanded its scope to include the renting of commercial premises, such as shops in Tower 18.

As part of this enhancement, we have designated the following points of contact:

Flats: Mr. Sushil Tiwari | +91 7065054577 and Mr. Asim 8800190801

Shops: Mr. Farhan Khan | +91 88001 90823

We encourage all owners considering renting out their properties to coordinate with our team prior to finalizing any arrangements. Centralizing rental services provides several key benefits:

  • Elimination of broker commissions for owners
  • Prevention of document forgery
  • Standardization of rental rates across the community
  • Enhanced transparency, convenience, and security in the rental process

For your convenience, the standard lease agreement format and the Charter detailing required documents for tenant registration are available on prcresidents.com and the iSociety app. We strongly recommend completing all formalities well in advance of the tenant’s move-in date. Please ensure that the mandatory No Objection Certificate (NOC) is obtained from the PRC Estate Administration before any tenant occupies the premises.

For any assistance, please feel free to contact us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or www.prcresidents.com, or reach out directly to the Estate Manager at the Following Contacts: 8800190810, 9311771103, 9717291592, 8800190823.

Circular No 721 Temporary Closure of Swimming Pool for Essential Repair and Maintenance [24 Jun 2025]

Date Tuesday, 24 June 2025

Circular No. 721: Temporary Closure of Swimming Pool for Essential Repair and Maintenance

Dear Residents,

We would like to inform you that the swimming pool will remain temporarily closed from June 24, 2025 (Tuesday) to June 27, 2025 (Friday).

During this period, our team will carry out the necessary repairs to the filtration system, followed by a thorough cleaning and treatment of the pool water to restore it to safe and optimal conditions for use.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter. The swimming pool is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

Should you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact the Estate Office.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Circular No 718 – Prioritize Safety and Energy Efficiency This Summer [13 Jun 2025]

Date: Friday, 13 June 2025

Circular No. 718 – Prioritize Safety and Energy Efficiency This Summer

Dear Residents,

As temperatures continue to rise across the country and intense heat waves become more frequent, we at PRC Estate Administration strongly encourage all residents to prioritize safety and energy efficiency during the summer months.

To safeguard your homes and loved ones, and to support the community in managing electricity usage responsibly, we request that you kindly follow the guidelines below:

Air Conditioner Usage & Service

During peak summer, air conditioners are used extensively. However, running them continuously for long hours can result in overheating, increasing the risk of short circuits or even fire due to compressor sparks. We recommend switching off your AC units every 3–4 hours for a short duration to allow them to cool down. Additionally, Air conditioners are heavily relied upon during summer, but improper usage and lack of maintenance can pose serious hazards. Running ACs continuously for extended periods can lead to overheating and increase the risk of short circuits or fires due to compressor sparks.

We cannot stress enough the importance of regular AC servicing. It ensures that your unit operates safely and efficiently, reduces power consumption, and extends the lifespan of the appliance.

Efficient Use of Electrical Appliances

Please make a conscious effort to turn off lights, fans, and other electrical devices when not in use. Conserving electricity not only helps reduce your energy bills but also eases the overall load on the power grid during high-demand periods.

Kitchen Chimney Maintenance

Chimneys tend to accumulate oil and grease, which, if left uncleaned, can become a significant fire hazard. We urge you to service your kitchen chimneys periodically to ensure proper functioning and eliminate the risk of ignition caused by built-up residue.

By observing these simple yet important measures, you are not only protecting your home but also contributing to the collective well-being and safety of our entire residential community.

Let us work together to stay safe, conserve energy, and make this summer manageable for everyone.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.

Stay Safe and Stay Cool,

PRC Estate Administration

Circular No. 716 Shahi Paneer Deserves a Home – Don’t Waste Food [10 Jun 2025]

Date Tuesday, 10 June 2025

Circular No. 716: Shahi Paneer Deserves a Home – Don’t Waste Food

Dear Residents,

Just a gentle (and slightly hungry) reminder – our community’s “Leftover Food Fridge” is still alive and chilling near Tower 14, waiting to be fed… and to feed!

We know how it goes: you cooked for 10, only 4 showed up. Your paneer butter masala is sitting sadly in the fridge, questioning its purpose. Fear not! Give that delicious dish a second chance at glory!

Here’s how you can be a leftover hero:

Got extra food? Pack it nicely, label it with the date & time, and place it in the fridge.

Who can take it? Anyone in need—maids, drivers, guards, workers, delivery folks, etc.

Let’s make sure:

Food is fresh and not something your microwave has already given up on.

It’s labelled (the food, not your fridge rage).

Packed in clean containers (Tupperware > polythene bags).

You feel like a superhero every time you donate.

Why does this matter?

Because kindness doesn’t need a Wi-Fi connection. And no one should go hungry while food ends up in bins.

So, let’s spread the love (and the pulao) – one container at a time.

You can reach us at: Email: emprc@purvanchalprojects.com, www.prcresidents.com

Circular No 715 Awareness Camp on Cybercrime and Cyberfraud – Saturday, 14th June 2025 at 4:00 PM [06 Jun 2025]

Date Friday, 06 June 2025

Circular No. 715: Awareness Camp on Cybercrime and Cyberfraud – Saturday, 14th June 2025 at 4:00 PM

Dear Residents,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits.

We are pleased to announce that Cyber Cell Thana Beta-2 is conducting a special Awareness Camp on Cybercrime and Cyberfraud in our society. The session is scheduled for:

Date: Saturday, 14th June 2025, Time: 4:00 PM onwards, Venue: Senior Citizen Room, Purvanchal Royal City Club House

In today’s digital age, cybercrimes are becoming increasingly common and sophisticated. From phishing emails and online banking frauds to social media scams and identity theft, we must remain aware and vigilant.

This camp will be led by experienced officials from the Cyber Cell and will focus on:

  • Understanding what constitutes cybercrime
  • Identifying different types of cyber frauds and how they happen
  • Learning safety measures to protect ourselves and our personal information
  • Steps to take and how to report a cybercrime in case of an incident
  • Real-life examples and case studies to help understand risks better

This initiative is especially focused on senior citizens and women, who are often more vulnerable targets of such crimes due to a lesser familiarity with evolving digital threats. However, all residents are encouraged to attend, as cybercrime affects everyone regardless of age or gender.

We request that residents join this informative session and take full advantage of this opportunity to become more cyber-aware and secure in their digital interactions.

Your participation will not only benefit you but also help in building a safer and more informed community.

Circular No. 709: NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: Mandatory Removal of Flowerpots from Balcony Parapets [23 May 2025]

Date: Friday, 23 May 2025

Circular No. 709: NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: Mandatory Removal of Flowerpots from Balcony Parapets

Dear Residents,

This is to reiterate that, as per directives from the authorities and in the interest of Residents and public safety, placing flowerpots or planters on balcony parapet walls, ledges, or stands is strictly prohibited.

Despite multiple circulars issued since 2022 and repeated intervention by the security team to remove the above-mentioned items from balcony ledges, it has been observed that some residents continue to place them back in the same position. This practice poses a serious safety hazard, as falling objects from heights can cause severe injuries or fatalities.

The competent Authority has now made it a punishable offense, and any such negligence may lead to FIRs against the flat owners in case of accidents.

Accordingly, we are once again requesting all residents to:

  • Remove all flowerpots or planters from balcony ledges and parapet walls immediately.
  • Ensure that any items placed on balconies are secure and pose no risk of falling.

Security staff will continue to monitor and remove any such items found on balcony ledges. If residents persist in violating these safety norms, we will have to escalate the matter and file complaints with the local police for endangering public safety.

If you notice any violations, please help maintain safety by sending a photo along with flat and tower details via WhatsApp to the Estate Manager at: +91-9717291592 / +91-8800190810

Let us act responsibly and collectively ensure a safe environment for all.

Sincerely,

PRC Estate Administration

Date: Thursday, 22 May 2025

Circular No. 708: Strict Warning Against Throwing Objects from Heights – Serious Safety Concern

Dear Residents,

We trust this message finds you safe and well.

We are writing to bring to your urgent attention a serious safety concern that occurred this morning, 22nd May 2025.

A water bottle was thrown from an upper floor of Tower 1, and unfortunately, it landed on a resident’s car parked in the open parking area, causing significant damage to the windshield. We urge you to consider the potential consequences—had a person been standing there, the outcome could have been tragic.

Let this serve as a final and strict warning:

Throwing any object from a height is strictly prohibited.

Such acts are not only dangerous but also a criminal offense. If any individual is found involved in such behaviour, a police complaint will be filed immediately, and strict legal action will be taken. A police complaint has already been filed today for further investigation and necessary action.

We request all residents to remain vigilant and report any such incidents immediately to the Estate Office. Your cooperation is vital in ensuring the safety and dignity of everyone in our community.

For any queries or to report incidents, please contact the PRC Estate Administration Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com, or reach out to your estate manager at 8800190810, 9717291592, 8800190823, or 9311771103.

Circular No 707 Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets [22 May 2025]

Date: Thursday, 22 May 2025

Circular No. 707: Urgent Notice – Immediate Removal of Flower Pots from Balcony Parapets

Dear Residents,

We trust this message finds you safe and well.

We are writing to express our serious concern regarding a dangerous incident that occurred last night. Due to high wind pressure, several flower pots placed on the edges of balconies were dislodged and fell. One such incident occurred at Tower 17, where falling pots narrowly missed a serious accident involving residents and their vehicles. Thankfully, no injuries occurred, but the situation could have been catastrophic.

This serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by keeping unsecured items, especially flower pots, on balcony parapets or railing edges. Despite multiple reminders and intervention by the security staff, such practices continue, putting lives and property at risk.

Effective immediately, all residents are instructed to:

  • Remove any pots or decorative items placed on balcony parapets or railings.
  • Keep such items securely within the inner floor area of the balcony.
  • Refrain from repositioning these items on the parapet once removed.

Daily inspections by the security team will be conducted. Any flower pots or items found on the balcony ledges will be removed without further notice.

Non-compliance with this safety directive may result in penalties, including fines and possible escalation to civic authorities.

If you observe any violations, please support our safety initiative by sending a photo along with flat and tower details via WhatsApp to the Estate Manager at: +91-9717291592, +91-8800190810

Let us work together to ensure the safety and well-being of all our residents.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration

Circular No. 706 Temporary Closure of All Swimming Pools Due to Dust Storm Damage [22 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 21 May 2025

Circular No. 706 Temporary Closure of All Swimming Pools Due to Dust Storm Damage

Dear Residents,

We trust this message finds you safe and well.

We wish to inform you of an important update concerning our community swimming pools. Owing to the intense dust storm, high-velocity winds, and rain experienced last night, the swimming pool facility has sustained a significant impact. The ceiling above the pool area has been damaged, and the pool water has been severely compromised by dust and debris.

Despite our maintenance team's continuous efforts to uphold water quality, current conditions do not permit us to maintain the hygiene and safety standards we are committed to. Therefore, as a precautionary measure and to facilitate necessary repairs, the swimming pools will remain closed from 22nd May 2025 to 27th May 2025.

This temporary closure will allow us to:

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire pool area
  • Repair and restore the damaged ceiling
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all structural elements are secure

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, especially during the summer months when the pool is a valued amenity. However, the health and safety of our residents remain our highest priority, and this short-term disruption is essential to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all.

The swimming pools are scheduled to reopen and resume normal operations from 28th May 2025.

Should you have any queries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or reach out to your Estate Manager at the following numbers:

9311771103, 9717291592, 8800190823, 8800190810

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration

Circular No. 705: Serious Safety Concerns – Enforcement Measures Imminent [21 May 2025]

Date: Wednesday, 21 May 2025

Circular No. 705: Serious Safety Concerns – Enforcement Measures Imminent

Dear Residents,

We are writing to address a serious safety concern that demands immediate attention. On the night of 19-05-2025, a chair was thrown from an upper floor of Tower 3, narrowly missing a resident walking on the road below. It was only by sheer luck that no one was injured.

This is not an isolated incident. We continue to receive regular reports of garbage, diapers, and other waste materials being thrown from balconies. Most recently, a stool was thrown from an upper floor of Tower 11. These actions are not just irresponsible—they are life-threatening.

Let this serve as a final and strict warning:

Throwing any object from a height is strictly prohibited.

If anyone is found involved in such acts, we will immediately file a police complaint and take strict action per the law. Such behaviour endangers lives and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

We urge all residents to act responsibly and report such incidents to the estate office without delay. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining the safety and dignity of our community.

For any questions or concerns, please contact the PRC Estate Administration Office at emprc@purvanchalprojects.com or reach out to your estate manager at 8800190810, 9717291592, 8800190823, or 9311771103.

Warm regards,

PRC Estate Administration
