Circular No. 748 – Rechecking of Electrical Maintenance in Flats (Tower 1–6)

Dear Residents,

Further to our earlier circular on the electrical maintenance activity, we wish to inform you that our technical team has completed inspections in Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. The purpose of this exercise was to ensure the safety of all residents by inspecting and tightening the MCB and ELCB connections in each flat.

During the scheduled visits, some flats could not be inspected as they were found locked or unavailable at the time. The details of such flats are maintained with the Estate Office.

Action Required

Flat owners whose units could not be inspected are requested to contact the undersigned at the earliest to arrange a rechecking schedule. This step is important to complete the safety verification of your electrical system.

CIRCULAR NO. 747 – NAVRATRI FESTIVAL

Dear Residents,

We are delighted to announce the upcoming Navratri Festival 2025 at Purvanchal Royal City – Club Royale, beginning Monday, 22nd September 2025 and continuing until Thursday, 2nd October 2025.

Festival Highlights: A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, followed by Aarti, throughout Navratri. Bhajans and Aarti will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, and 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Devotees will oversee the decoration and upkeep of the Akhand Jyoti, with the hall kept minimally lit overnight and dedicated security personnel stationed round the clock. PRC devotees will manage Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prasad distribution.

COLORs & Mandli Schedule:

The Shringar (adornment) of Maa will be managed by the respective Towers as defined in the table above. For any Book Stall queries, please contact: 8512045990, 8700936283, 8860205600.

The last date to inform us about contributions for Prasad is Friday, 12th September 2025. Don't hesitate to contact your Tower Representative for information on voluntary contributions. 

Dandiya/Garba Night: Join us for a vibrant evening of Dandiya and Garba on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, from 7:00 PM onwards near the PRC Club House. Enjoy the celebrations with vegetarian food stalls. All PRC residents are warmly invited.

Navami Hawan & Prasad: A sacred Hawan will be performed on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at 10:30 AM, followed by the distribution of Prasad.

CIRCULAR NO. 746 – FIRE SYSTEM INSPECTION FOR PRECAUTION AND SAFETY MEASURES

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health.

Our utmost priority is the safety and well-being of all residents living within our community. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure living environment, we will conduct comprehensive fire system checks in every flat within PRC twice a year.

This fire system checking is a precautionary measure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our fire safety infrastructure. The inspection helps us identify potential issues, confirm the proper functioning of fire prevention and detection equipment, and address any concerns without delay.

Our team of professionals specializing in fire safety systems will carry out the inspection. They will begin visits to residences starting Monday, September 1, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The process typically takes no longer than 15 minutes per flat, depending on the unit's size and layout.

During the inspection, our team will:

Check the fire sprinkler system inside your flat.

Inspect smoke detectors and fire alarms to confirm functionality.

Verify the condition of fire hoses and other firefighting equipment on your floor.

Important Reminder:

As per our previous Circular No. 703 – Reminder: Fire Safety Violations & Urgent Need for Compliance, during the last inspection, it was observed that some residents had made unauthorized changes to the fire safety system. We once again request that all residents remove any such modifications or obstructions immediately. If any flat is found not to have taken corrective measures despite this final reminder, we will be compelled to report the matter to the local Fire Department and other regulatory authorities without further notice.

At PRC, the safety and comfort of our residents remain our top priority. To ensure a secure and reliable electrical system, our certified electricians will carry out a detailed inspection of electrical connections, specifically the MCB and ELCB. The maintenance activity will begin on Thursday, August 28, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., starting from Tower No. 1 and continuing up to Tower No. 18.

The objective of this visit is to check and tighten all MCB and ELCB connections from the main distribution board, ensuring they are functioning correctly. This preventive step is important to reduce the risk of electrical hazards and strengthen the overall electrical infrastructure of our community. CIRCULAR NO. 742 – UPCOMING DENGUE & MALARIA PREVENTION PROGRAM

Our primary goal is to prevent the spread of mosquito-borne illnesses such as dengue and malaria, both of which can cause serious health issues.

In our ongoing effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue & Malaria Prevention Program. This program will adopt a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and spread of disease-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

1. SCHEDULED VISIT BY PREVENTION TEAM

Starting from 1 September 2025, a dedicated team of professionals will visit each apartment within the complex to carry out mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides, focusing on potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.

2. COMMON AREA TREATMENT

In addition to individual apartments, all common areas will undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, gardens, and other shared community spaces.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

The insecticides used are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as a precaution, we advise residents to keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The prevention team will also provide additional guidance during their visit.

4. COOPERATION REQUEST

We request your full cooperation in allowing the prevention team access to your apartment during their scheduled visit and in following their instructions. Your support will help create a mosquito-free environment for all.

This sacred festival is a time of devotion, joy, and togetherness—an opportunity for all of us to strengthen our bonds as one community.

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, commemorates the birth of Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and the harbinger of wisdom, prosperity, and good fortune. Across the country, the festival is celebrated with grandeur, marked by the installation of beautifully crafted idols, devotional songs, spiritual rituals, cultural performances, and delicious feasts shared with family and friends.

This year, our celebrations will feature a magnificent eco-friendly clay idol of Lord Ganesha, which will be placed in the clubhouse under a tastefully decorated pandal adorned with flowers, lights, and traditional décor. The idol will be consecrated with sacred Vedic chants during the Ganpati Sthapna ceremony, filling the atmosphere with divinity and positivity. Throughout the celebrations, residents will have the opportunity to participate in daily aartis, soulful kirtans, and various devotional gatherings. We especially encourage our young residents to participate, as this is a wonderful way for them to learn about and experience our rich cultural heritage.

Circular No. 738: Prohibition of Commercial Activities Within Residential Premises

Dear Residents,

It has come to the notice of the Estate Office, based on multiple complaints received from residents, that certain flat owners are engaging in full-scale commercial activities within their residential flats at Purvanchal Royal City. These include, but are not limited to:

• Tailoring and boutique services
• Commercial kitchen setups (bakery, snacks, pickle, Tiffin services)
• Salon and beauty services, Dry cleaning and laundry services, Other home-based commercial operations

Please be advised that any form of commercial activity conducted from residential premises is strictly prohibited under the rules and regulations of the Greater Noida Authority. These flats are approved solely for residential purposes, and using them for business or trade is a violation of the sanctioned land use and utility norms.

Such practices pose serious risks and consequences:

• Fire and health safety hazards, Noise, and hygiene concerns
• Increased footfall and disturbance to other residents
• Illegal use of subsidised domestic electricity and PNG connections

As per governing norms:

Commercial activities are strictly not permitted in residential flats. Additionally, domestic utilities such as PNG and electricity are provided at subsidised rates exclusively for household use. Using these for commercial purposes is a clear violation and may result in:

Immediate disconnection of services

• Heavy penalties by service providers, Cancellation of gas/electricity connections
• Legal action under the Electricity Act, Essential Commodities Act, etc.

Such activities not only violate civic and legal norms but also undermine the safety, peace, and residential character of our community.

All residents engaged in such activities are hereby directed to cease operations within 7 days from the date of this notice, failing which necessary action will be initiated.

Continued violations will result in written notices, disconnection of services (where applicable), and escalation to local authorities.

It gives us great pleasure to announce the upcoming Krishna Janmashtami celebration at Purvanchal Royal City (PRC)—a festival of deep cultural and spiritual significance for many of our residents.

Janmashtami marks the birth of Lord Krishna and is celebrated with immense devotion across the nation. His timeless teachings of love, compassion, and dharma continue to guide and inspire us. This celebration presents a beautiful opportunity to strengthen our cultural roots and foster community bonds.

Event Schedule & Highlights:

8:00 PM – Traditional Puja and Mangala Aarti to begin the evening with divine blessings.

8:30 PM – Soulful Bhajans by the Bhajan Mandli, creating a spiritual ambiance.

Radha-Krishna Dress-Up – Children are encouraged to come dressed as Radha and Krishna to celebrate the divine birth in the true spirit.

11:00 PM – Energetic Matki Fod (Dahi-Handi) celebration to recreate the playful mischief of young Krishna.

Midnight – Krishna Janam Mahotsav followed by Prasad Vitran to all attendees.

The Clubhouse will be beautifully decorated to enhance the festive spirit.

As proud citizens of India, we come together to celebrate our 79th Independence Day, a momentous occasion that symbolizes the spirit of freedom, unity, and patriotism. This year's celebration promises to be grand, vibrant, and memorable.

We are delighted to announce that our esteemed resident, Mr. Hari Sharan Nigam, a dedicated social worker actively associated with the Red Cross and various other organizations, will have the honour of hoisting the National Flag on August 15, 2025. This will be followed by the playing of the National Anthem, marking the official commencement of the Independence Day celebrations.

Dear Residents,

Following our earlier communication inviting active participation in shaping the Code of Conduct and salary structure for domestic help, we are pleased to inform you that 44 residents have come forward to join as representatives for this important initiative.

This newly formed Resident Representative Panel for Domestic Help Management will work in close consultation with the PRC Residents Committee and the Estate Office to:

• Discuss and propose standardized salary ranges based on the type of work (e.g., cleaning, cooking, babysitting, full-time, part-time, drivers).
• Consider key factors such as workload, working hours, and prevailing market rates.
• Review and provide feedback on the draft Code of Conduct to ensure it reflects the collective needs and expectations of the community.
