We write to remind you of a critical safety requirement that directly impacts the well-being of every resident in our community: All lift lobbies and common floor areas must remain completely clear at all times.
In the event of a fire or other emergency, every second counts. Obstructions such as bicycles, flower pots, furniture, and unattended items can severely delay emergency response and evacuation efforts. As per the Fire Department’s guidelines, clear evacuation pathways are mandatory for quick and safe rescue operations.
Please note:
Fire safety inspections are conducted regularly.
Non-compliance can lead to heavy penalties on the society.
Items found in common areas during such inspections may be forcibly removed without further notice.
We urge every resident to strictly follow these safety guidelines:
Do not leave any personal belongings in lift lobbies, corridors, staircases, or other common spaces.

Scope of Work and Impact:
During the above time frame, there will be a temporary disruption in common area electrical services, including limited availability of lifts and other shared facilities powered by the common electrical load. However, we would like to assure all residents of the following:
Electricity supply to individual flats will not be affected.
One lift in each tower will remain operational for emergency use.
Other lifts and common area services may be unavailable during the maintenance window.

As we transition into the new billing cycle, we would like to remind you that the maintenance charges are now due. Our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional maintenance services, while upholding transparency and fairness, remains our top priority. In alignment with this principle, we are pleased to announce that the Management has once again decided to maintain the current maintenance charges at ₹3.70 per sq. ft. per month, without any increase for this period. This decision underscores our steadfast dedication to fostering trust and ensuring value for our residents by balancing affordability with the continued provision of high-quality services.
We are pleased to inform you that possession of Purvanchal Royal City Phase-2 was successfully delivered on time, with the Occupation Certificate issued by GNIDA on 15 December 2023. As per the original terms, maintenance charges for Phase 2 are applicable from 1 March each year, following a grace period of two and a half months.
However, in the spirit of goodwill, the Management has decided to align the maintenance start date for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Going forward, maintenance charges for both phases will now be applicable from 1st April each year, ensuring uniformity for all residents.
Additionally, we would like to thank the shop owners for their continued support in maintaining the complex. In line with our commitment to fairness and stability, the maintenance charges for commercial shops remain unchanged at Rs 20 per Sqft per month. We recognize the importance of your establishments in enhancing the convenience and vibrancy of our community, and we assure you of our continued efforts to maintain high-quality infrastructure and services for all.
The detailed sheet for category-wise maintenance charges to be paid by the flat owners is attached as “Annexure A & B”. Therefore, it is requested to arrange to deposit the maintenance charges as per the category of your flat/shop mentioned in the attached “Annexure A & B” on or before 10.04.2025.
Your cooperation is solicited for timely payment. No separate reminders will be sent to you. Please ensure sufficient balance in your Bank Account on the dates mentioned in your cheques. If you are opting for the quarterly option, the dates of the cheques should be 10.04.2025, 10.07.2025, 10.10.2025, and 10.01.2026, and all four cheques should be handed over at our estate office on or before 10.04.2025.
If you make an online payment, the payment should be received on or before the due dates as mentioned above. In case of default in the payment, the following penalty schedule will be applicable:
In case of delay in payment after 10.04.2025, the interest @ 10% per annum shall be charged for the first 30 days. After that, an appropriate penalty/action will be imposed against the defaulters in addition to the levy of the interest as mentioned above.
In case of cheque bounces, Rs. 500/- will be charged as Bank & other charges. If the flat owner(s) fails to pay or redeposit the new cheque in place of the bounced cheque within 10 days, the interest & penalty will also be charged as mentioned in clause “A” above after 10 days.

To promote a cleaner and more sustainable community, we emphasize the mandatory segregation of garbage at the source. Proper waste management begins at home, and separating waste into recyclables, organic, and non-recyclables is essential for environmental protection, improved recycling efficiency, and better hygiene.

We hope this message finds you well. We are excited to announce the upcoming Chaitra Navratri Festival at the Purvanchal Royal City Club Royale, beginning on Sunday, 30th March 2025, and continuing until 7th April 2025. Please find the details below:
Daily Pooja and Aarti: A designated hall at PRC will host daily Pooja, followed by Aarti throughout Navratri. Bhajans and Aarti will be conducted daily between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, some devotees will manage the decoration and upkeep of Akhand Jyoti. The hall will remain minimally lit overnight to maintain the Akhand Jyoti, with dedicated security personnel stationed 24/7. PRC devotees will manage Bhajan/Kirtan, Aarti, and Prashad.
Prasad Distribution: The last date for notifying us about Prasad contributions is March 25, 2025. Please get in touch with your tower representative if you wish to make any voluntary contributions.

As the Holi Festival approaches, we understand that many of you may have travel plans for vacations or extended stays away from Royal City. To ensure the safety and security of your residence during your absence, we kindly request that you inform the Estate Office in advance if you plan to be away for an extended period.
Notifying the Estate Office allows us to take necessary precautions, monitor your flat’s security, and address any maintenance concerns that may arise in your absence. Your cooperation in this matter contributes to the overall safety and well-being of our community.

It is with great pleasure that we announce a special program to honor and celebrate the essence of International Women's Day. On Friday, March 21st, 2025, we invite you to join us for a series of events at the clubhouse on the 1st floor, commencing at 4:00 PM. In celebration of "Hey Bollywood Beauties!", we have curated an exciting array of activities from the spirited welcome song to captivating dance performances, engaging games, and ceremonial cake-cutting, our lineup promises a lively and memorable experience.

Circular No 673 Invitation & Guidelines for Holi Celebration 2025
Dear Residents,
We hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. The PRC Estate Administration and PRC Cultural Committee are delighted to invite you to the Holi celebrations in our complex. Join us for a vibrant and joyous event as we celebrate this festival of colors and togetherness.
The festivities will begin on 13th March 2025 with Holika Dahan at 8:00 PM near the main gate no 2. This traditional bonfire symbolizes the victory of good over evil and marks the beginning of the Holi celebrations. The following day, 14th March 2025, we will celebrate Rang Wali Holi from 9:00 AM onwards at the parking area between Tower 11 and the main gate no 2. Residents can enjoy the festive atmosphere with a DJ playing from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, along with food stalls and a water sprinkler system to enhance the fun.
We have implemented several security guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Holi can only be played in the designated area near gate No. 2, and the use of colors is strictly prohibited in residential blocks, staircases, the clubhouse, swimming pool basements, and fountain areas. Additionally, Gates 2 and 3 will be closed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on 14th March 2025, with only Gate 1 remaining accessible to residents. Guest entry will not be allowed unless approved via intercom, and they must be escorted by the host at the gate. Workers such as carpenters, interior workers, car cleaners, and dhobis will not be permitted on 13th & 14th March 2025, and no private jobs will be allowed on this day.
We urge residents to report any unidentified or suspicious persons to the main gate security, and visitor cars without stickers will not be permitted inside on 14th March 2025.
Please note that the Estate Office and Clubhouse will remain closed on the 13th & 14th March 2025 and will reopen on 16th March 2025 at 9:00 AM IST. For any concerns, residents may use the ISociety App or IVR-+91-9667887388, though delays in response may occur due to limited support availability during the holiday period.
