We hope this letter finds you well. Following our previous circular, please be informed that boom barriers have been installed at all entry gates of the PRC to enhance security and control. To ensure smooth entry, we request you visit the estate office with your vehicle to obtain the mandatory RFID TAG & sticker.

Please be reminded that the deadline to collect your car parking sticker, as outlined in Circular No. 617, is 10th August 2024. Some residents have yet to collect their STICKER & RFID TAG, and we kindly urge you to do so. Displaying your vehicle's Royal City parking sticker and RFID TAG is mandatory.

Circular No 624– Upcoming Dengue Prevention Program 

Dear Residents,

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to inform you about an important initiative that aims to ensure the safety and well-being of our PRC. Our primary goal is to prevent the spread of dengue fever, a mosquito-borne illness that can be quite debilitating.

In our continuous effort to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Dengue Prevention Program. This program involves a comprehensive approach to combat the breeding and proliferation of dengue-carrying mosquitoes within our premises.

Program Details:

1. Scheduled Visit by Prevention Team:

Starting from 10-09-2024, a dedicated team of professionals will be visiting each apartment within the complex to carry out comprehensive mosquito control measures. The team will be equipped with safe and effective insecticides. They will focus on treating potential mosquito breeding sites in and around individual flats.

2. Common Area Treatment:

Apart from individual apartments, the common areas of our apartment complex will also undergo thorough mosquito control measures. This includes treating shared spaces such as lobbies, stairwells, parking areas, and other community spaces.

3. Safety Measures:

Rest assured that the insecticides used in this program are carefully selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets. However, as an additional precaution, we recommend that residents keep their windows and doors closed during the treatment process. The preventive team will also guide any other necessary safety measures during their visit.

4. Cooperation Request:

We kindly request your full cooperation during the program implementation. Our goal is to create a mosquito-free environment for all residents, and your support in this endeavor is greatly appreciated. Please allow the prevention team access to your apartment during their visit, and follow any instructions provided by them.

By actively participating in this Dengue Prevention Program, we are taking a proactive stance in safeguarding our PRC from the risks associated with dengue fever. Together, we can significantly reduce the chances of mosquito-borne illnesses affecting our lives.

Circular No 623 – Relocation of Temporary Daily Mart Shop 

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that the temporary Daily Mart shop, formerly situated in Tower 7, has been relocated to Purvanchal Royal Square, Tower 18, on the Ground and First Floors. The new location will be operational from Monday, 2nd September 2024, at 11:00 AM marking the beginning of a new chapter in grocery shopping for our PRC.

In response to residents' feedback, the shop will now operate 24 hours a day, ensuring convenience and accessibility at all times.

We are also excited to announce the introduction of new services on the first floor, including an oil expeller machine, a flour mill, and a spice grinding machine. Residents will now have the option to choose from a variety of wheat brands, multigrain, and spices, and grind them on-site to their preference. The oil expeller machine will allow you to press mustard oil right before your eyes, ensuring freshness and quality.

It has been noted with concern that certain residents have failed to remit their maintenance charges promptly, causing disruptions and difficulties. Consequently, the Company has been subjected to penalties and additional costs arising from these delays.

Residents with pending maintenance charges are urged to settle their dues promptly. The final deadline for payment is August 18, 2024, and applies to those with one or more quarters in arrears.

1. Store Water: Please ensure that you store enough water for your essential needs before the scheduled cleaning begins.
2. Inform Your Neighbors: Please inform your neighbors about the tank cleaning schedule to ensure everyone is aware and can make necessary arrangements.
3. Secure Taps and Valves: Before the scheduled cleaning date, please ensure that all taps, faucets, and valves within your unit are securely closed to prevent any water leakage.
4. Refrain from Water Usage: Refrain from using water during cleaning to avoid contamination. It is advisable to store an adequate water supply for your immediate needs.
5. Flush Taps After Cleaning: Once the cleaning is completed, please run the water taps for a few minutes to flush out any remaining sediments before using the water for drinking or cooking purposes.
6. Drain Muddy Water: Please drain the first water (likely to be muddy) immediately after cleaning. Open all taps in the kitchen & bathrooms after tank cleaning for 3-4 Minutes.
7. Turn Off Water Purifiers: Please turn off your water purifiers. Use water only after the flow of reddish water stops.

We assure you that every effort will be made to complete the cleaning process within the scheduled time frame, and we will restore the water supply as soon as the cleaning is completed and deemed safe for consumption.

We hope this letter finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to resident safety, we are writing to inform you about a crucial matter regarding the fire evacuation system within our community.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents is of utmost importance to us. In the event of a fire emergency, our fire evacuation system must operate efficiently to facilitate a quick and safe evacuation. To achieve this, all residents must always cooperate and maintain clear pathways on the floors.

We understand that personal belongings and decorations contribute to the individuality and comfort of your living spaces. However, we must prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone within our community. Clear pathways are essential for quick and unimpeded evacuation, potentially saving lives in emergencies.

Together, we can create a secure and protected environment for all residents. Your commitment to clear pathways will contribute to our community's safety and well-being. Lift lobbies on all floors are required to be cleared at times, including cycles, shoe racks, flower pots, etc., as per the requirement of the Fire Department for quick rescue operations in case of a fire incident. The fire department team frequently inspects this aspect and can levy heavy penalties on us if they find anything kept in lift lobbies. You all are requested to remove such items from lift lobbies on all floors.

Therefore, we kindly request your utmost attention to the following guidelines:

1. Keep common areas free from personal belongings, furniture, and other obstructions that may hinder or delay evacuation.
2. Avoid storing items or leaving objects unattended in stairwells, hallways, or emergency exit areas.
3. Do not block or obstruct fire doors, emergency exits, or fire extinguishers.
4. Exercise caution when placing plants, decorations, or any other items near emergency exits to ensure they do not impede evacuation routes.

By adhering to these guidelines, you will help us maintain a safe and secure living environment for all residents. Your cooperation is vital in reducing potential hazards and ensuring that our fire evacuation system functions optimally during an emergency.
